One night after finishing the mission. After a long and exhausting mission, Sabito and Giyuu found themselves stumbling upon a beautiful, serene pond nestled in the heart of the forest. The moonlight bathed the scene in a soft, silvery glow, making the surface of the lake shimmer like a mirror, reflecting the stars above. Yet, it wasn't the reflection that captivated them—it was the pond itself.

The water was filled with delicate blue water lilies, their petals glowing softly under the moonlight. Each lily seemed to be lit from within, as if the moon had kissed the flowers, casting them in an ethereal, blue glow.

"Giyuu, look," Sabito said, pointing to the lake with childlike wonder. "It's so pretty."

Giyuu's eyes widened in awe. "Wow, it's gorgeous... like a dream." She knelt by the edge of the pond, her gaze fixed on the enchanting sight. "My goodness, each lily is glowing blue... as if the moon has cast its light upon the flowers."

Sabito smiled softly, his eyes never leaving the mesmerizing scene. "You're right. Sometimes I forget that such beautiful things exist in this cruel world." His voice was soft, filled with a quiet longing for something more peaceful than the lives they led.

Giyuu sat on the grassy bank, her eyes still on the lilies as she took in the serene beauty of the night. Sabito followed her and, without a word, laid his head in her lap. Giyuu looked down at him, a tender smile curving her lips. She began to brush her fingers gently through his hair, a quiet comfort shared between them.

"The soft moonlight casting shadows over the water... it's creating such a beautiful contrast. The deep blue of the lilies and the shimmering light caressing their petals... It's almost unreal," Sabito said, his voice a quiet murmur as he absentmindedly played with her fingers.

Giyuu simply hummed in agreement, her eyes reflecting the serenity of the moment. After a pause, Sabito broke the silence with a question that caught Giyuu completely off guard. "Giyuu... what do you think about having a child?" he asked, his voice soft and filled with a strange kind of hope.

Giyuu's heart skipped a beat, her eyes widening in surprise. She had never thought about having a child, not with their dangerous profession, not at such a young age. "Are you kidding?" she replied, her voice tinged with nervous laughter. "I can't get pregnant. I'm only 16." She leaned down and placed a soft, gentle kiss on his forehead, trying to deflect the weight of his question.

Sabito smirked, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "But we do the stuff, though," he teased, his lips curving into a playful grin.

"Shut up," Giyuu said, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment. She looked away, trying to hide the smile tugging at her lips. "Don't say embarrassing things."

Sabito chuckled, his voice filled with a lightness that made Giyuu's heart flutter. "I mean, one day we'll get married, right? We'll have a beautiful, mischievous, strong, and kind baby girl... just like you." His eyes sparkled with excitement, his gaze soft as he looked up at her.

Hearing his confession, Giyuu felt a mix of emotions—happiness and fear all at once. She had never allowed herself to think about such things. The future always seemed uncertain, dangerous. Yet, as she looked into Sabito's eyes, filled with such hope for a future they might not even have, her heart ached with both joy and sadness.

"Sabito... I've never really thought about it," she admitted, her voice quiet and serious. "The idea of a family... a future together... it's beautiful. But I'm scared. What if something happens to us in battle? What would happen to our child?"

Sabito's gaze softened, and he reached up to gently cup her cheek, his thumb brushing against her skin. He placed a tender kiss on her forehead, his lips lingering for a moment before he pulled away. "Giyuu, don't worry about that. I'll always protect you," he promised, his voice filled with a quiet conviction. "And if something does happen to me... she'll have you. And she'll be fine."
