I was now at my best friend, Roseanne Park's house studying for a upcoming math test. She propped up her elbows on the book she was reading and rested her chin on one hand while lying down on her bed. "Lisa..." She said and i closed my eyes and sighed. "Not again, Chaeng." I said as i continued typing on my laptop. "Can't you just tell me what she's like at least?" She asked. "Nope." I said. "Come on, you're friends with the Jennie Kim." She said. "I don't get what's the big deal." I said, turning the chair i was sitting on to face her. "You've got to be kidding me." She said in disbelief and i prepared myself for her rambling.

"She's literally a fashion icon and all of the boys drool over her. I also heard that after she graduates from college she's creating her own company...and she's like super rich." She said rolling around on her bed. "That's nice..." I mumbled. My phone started ringing and i chuckled, "Speak of the devil." I said and rosé immediately sat up.

"What?!-" She said but got cut off by me. "Hi, Jen." I said putting my finger on my lips so she doesn't make any more noise. 'Lucky.' She mouthed. "Hey Lisa. I was wondering if you could meet me at the café near our school? I kind of need help with the math homework." She asked. "Sure. What time?" I replied. "Maybe at 5?" She asked and i hummed. "Alright. I'll see you there." I said. "See you." She said before ending the call.

I turned my chair back to the table and continued typing. Rosé cleared her throat and i looked at her, frowning. "Yes?" I said. "What did she say??" She asked and i looked back at my laptop. "She asked if i could meet her at the café to help her with the math homework." I said and she remained silent, making me look at her again. "Lisa, can i please follow you?" She asked. "I'm helping her with homework, chaeng. Not hanging out." I said but she suddenly came up to me and grabbed me by my shoulders. "I promise I'll buy you that new camera you've been talking about if you bring me with you." She said and my eyes widened. "Really??" I asked and she nodded. I mean it wouldn't be that bad right?

"What am i supposed to tell her? 'Oh this is my friend who is obsessed with you'?" I said while walking to the café with rosé. "What? Of course not. Just say you met me on the way there." She said and i rubbed my face with my hands. "Why did i have to bring you?" I groaned. "Because you love me." She said and i glared at her. "More like i love that camera.." I mumbled. We were now in front of the café and before she could enter, i stopped her. "Wait. Remember what i said, okay?" I said and she nodded but i blocked her way with my arm.

"Yes, i wont say anything weird and i won't tell her you're gay...even though it's pretty obvious." She said and i sighed as she walked in, following behind her. "O.M.G she's gorgeous." She whisper screamed and i looked at the corner where Jennie was sitting. I have to admit, she is really pretty. I got distracted and didn't realize that rosé had walked ahead of me. I quickly made my way over to Jennie who was shaking rosé's hand. I watched as Rosé held her hand for a little too long and cleared my throat. I slowly pulled her hand away and smiled awkwardly at Jennie. "Sorry, she's just uh.." I said but shook my head. "Never mind." I said and gently pushed Rosé into the booth.

I sat down next to her and looked as she continued admiring Jennie who was smiling uncomfortably making me step on her foot. "Ouch!" She yelped. "What the hell was that for?!" She said, frowning but quietened down when she saw almost everyone in the café staring at her. "Sorry." She apologized, smiling at them which made them turn back around. "So, Rosé was it?" Jennie asked and rosé nodded. "You can call me Rosie or Chaeyoung, though" She said. "How do you know me?" Jennie asked leaning back on her seat. "Well, i mean you're pretty popular in school and i find you really cool." Rosé said, smiling. "Oh really? Well you're quite a fun person to be around." Jennie said and i interrupted them before they started talking even more.

"So basically it's 4 times 64." I said and Jennie nodded before stretching. Has it been 2 hours already? I mean, rosé already left. I watched as Jennie yawned and realized how tired she must be. "I'll finish up your homework and give it to you tomorrow." I said and she immediately shook her head. "No you don't have to-" She said but i cut her off. "I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" I said picking up my things. As i was about to leave, she grabbed my arm. "Can we uhm hang out tomorrow?" She asked and i chuckled, "You want to hangout with me?" I asked in disbelief and she frowned. "Why? Is that a problem?" She asked and i shook my head. "No. It's just that why would you want to be seen with me?" I asked. "Why wouldn't I want to be seen with you? There's nothing wrong with you." She said and i felt my heart skip a beat. I remained silent and she started giggling. "You're blushing." She said and i immediately covered my face with my hands. "See you tomorrow." I said as i hurriedly walked out the café, embarrassed. Now that i think about it, her laugh was adorable.

"It looks like someone has a little crush" Rosé teased me after i told her what had happened yesterday. "I do not have a crush on her. Anyways why'd you even leave so early?" I asked. "Maybe because i didn't want to learn how to do math problems?" She said as we made our way to class. I said bye to her and went to my seat, wondering when Jennie will come so i could give her the homework.

I adjusted my glasses and smiled when i saw her enter class with her friends, Bae Joo-hyun and Im Na-yeon. I walked up to her and passed her the homework, looking down. "Thanks, Lisa." She said and i nodded , trying to avoid the stares by everyone. "Wait. Meet me after school okay?" She said and a guy laughed.

"For what? So she can do more homework for you? I mean, she is a nerd after all." Hanbin said and rosé immediately stood up for me. "Sure. Just that she'll get to go to college and you won't right?" She said and everyone laughed. "Excuse me? You bi-" "Hanbin! detention, now!" My teacher said as he entered class.

I walked back to my seat and my seatmate, Kim Jisoo, spoke. "You sure have an amazing best friend." She said, admiring rosé and i hit her arm. "Shut up, chu. She's not interested in you." I said glaring at her but she clasped her hands together. "Can you please get me a date with her?" She asked and i ignored her.

"C'mon lis, can i at least sit with you two at lunch?" She asked and since the teacher was about to start teaching, i gave in. "Fine, but I'm not buying you chicken for a week." I said and she gasped. "What?!-" "Kim Jisoo! Are you paying attention?!" Mr. Choi shouted. Wow, he really is a grumpy old man. "Yes Mr. Choi." She answered lowly.

What's with me and giving in?
