Not So Welcome

"Welcome to Lake Ridge High Veronica! If you have any questions feel free to ask your guide who should be here shortly." The secretary explained.

This was it, my new school, new people, new country, new life. after my dad's job transferred him to Ontario, we were practically forced to move here and I wasn't the least bit excited. my mom wasn't too happy about it either as she was 6 months pregnant but we would do anything for my dad and if he says that this is for the best, then I guess it's for the best.

"Ah, here he is." She basically shouted.

Standing right in front of me was a tall muscular brunette kid and he flashed a easy to tell fake smile. I flashed one right back at him.

"Veronica, this is your tour guide Shawn" She then looked at Shawn

"This is Veronica Brown, now if you could show Miss Brown to her classes and then around to the other parts of the school so she could get familiar here, that would be delightful"

Shawn turned around and rolled his eyes. He started walking towards the door and I had no idea if I was supposed to follow his sarcasticness or wait.

When he reached the door frame he looked back and gestured at me to come over following with a dirty look so I quickly walked to where he was at.

He seemed really ticked off. I had no idea what I did but I was going to get to the bottom of it

Shawns POV

Being forced to walk around with new people wasn't my idea of having a free period.

I got in trouble for something I didn't do and this is what the office came up with. I mean sure it could be worse but still.

"Listen, I have no idea what I did to you and if I had a choice, I wouldn't even be here bit if I'm too much of a hassle for your attitude, then I can find things on my own." came from a sweet but annoying voicw

Ugh here we go.

I turned around, she looked angry.

"I'm sorry, did I even ask? If I had a choice, I would let you walk around on your own but I can't so you'll have to deal with my attitude okay?" I replied back. I really did not want to put up with this right now.

I was coming off as a jerk but she was bound to get that idea some time but I don't know.
She stopped. I turned around

"What now?" I asked impatiently

"I'm not going to put up with this. If this is how I'm going to start out my new school, then I'm out. You can go do whatever because I'm done with you" She yelled

I shrugged.

"Look Veronica, I'm sorry can we just forget this all happened I'm just not in a good mood and I'd hate ruining your first day here lets just finish so you can go make some friends" I said in one breath

"Wait was all of that serious or?" She said with the biggest green eyes I've ever seen

I scoffed "you're funny" I quickly replied trying to get myself out of her trance.

She was so beautiful. Her long dark brown hair flowed above her waist and just her personality seemed so wonderful.

She still wouldn't move.

Hey guys this is my first Shawn fanfic! I'm kinda excited to see where it goes.
