Ariel knew that she couldn't take the box to her own hut in any situation. Her grandmother would definitely ask her tons of questions.

So she found a broken hut and somehow hid the box there.

If Ines had seen Ariel doing this, she would have surely laughed out aloud in anger. The wedding dress was very costly and especially designed by a very famous designer.

After all, it must show the legacy and reputation that Mintz family carried in the Torris City.

After doing this work, Ariel finally walked back to her out.

It was nighttime and the sun had already set down.

While stepping inside her hut, Ariel heard Aunt Stella talking with other neighbouring Auntie that Ivan had been sensible these days and had not roamed around at night.

Once inside hut, Ariel frowned deeply because she saw her grandmother sitting near the stove and chopping vegetables.

She immediately pt her bag aside and went to take the knife from her grandmother's hands as she said

"Grandma, I would have made dinner after returning. You should rest. Leave it right now!"

The old lady rolled her eyes and made Ariel leave her hand.

"Go away. I have got bored with the food you make. Today I will sumptuous meal."

The old lady smiled to herself as she lifted the lid of the utensil placed on the stove and stirred the soup inside.

Only then did Ariel notice so many vegetables and chicken.

"Grandma....from where did you get all this?"

The old lady didn't even turn around to look at Ariel as she responded

"From where else? Market ofcourse. I had some money with me as well."

But Ariel's concern was not the money.

"You went to the market. Alone?"

Ariel's voice was slightly low when she asked this question. The old lady turned around finally to look at her but only to roll her eyes again.

"With these looks and voice of yours, Ivan might feel scared of you... Not me. Don't disturb me here. I want to have a good meal today."

Ariel took a deep breath. She didn't know whether she should laugh or cry.

She loved to see her grandmother so lively but at the same time she was concerned about her health. The doctor had told her that the old lady might feel dizzy from time to time. What if she had fallen down somewhere in the market!

She wouldn't even get to know.

She looked at the excited old lady's back and hmphed to herself as she said

"Good! Have this meal then. I am leaving."

Ariel was very angry on seeing how irresponsible the old lady was being about her health. She picked up her bag again, ready to leave but one voice and she had to stop.

"Stop right there. Leave this hut and I will break your legs."

The old lady said strictly without even turning around to look at Ariel again. Ariel, however, could only listen. In the end, she threw away her bag and went to sit on the only bed inside the hut.

Neither of them said a single word to each other.

Ariel was showing her anger to the old lady and the latter was too excited on her own.

It was almost an hour later that the dinner was ready.

The old lady did everything on her own. Even when Ariel tried to help, she scolded her and asked her to go away and sit silently on the bed.

Finally Ariel helped her in bringing the dishes to the mat on which they had their dinner usually before the old lady was sick.

As they sat on the mat and the old lady served the food in a bowl and plate for her, Ariel couldn't help but feel nostalgic.

Especially when she had the first bite of the rice and sip of soup, she blinked furiously.

"How is it?"

The old lady had a soft smile on her lips a she asked Ariel.

Ariel raised her head to see that the old lady was looking at her only instead of eating.

"Delicious, Very tasty. Grandma always cooks the best."

The old lady chuckled. The wrinkles on her face appeared fully when she smiled making Ariel look at her for a long time.

"So your anger went away now?"

The old lady asked as she tapped Ariel's forehead.

"It hurts, Grandma!"

Ariel cried out slightly as she rubbed her forehead. The old lady ignored her and went on to serve herself.

"Still a child! How will you take care of yourself in another city?"

The old lady whispered more likely to herself as she put her bowl in front of herself. She was really happy that Ariel got a job in another city and she will even get a place to stay but this was the first time Ariel was going away from her.

She couldn't help but worry. After all, she wouldn't be there to scold her if the girl didn't take care of herself which the latter tended to do many a times.

Ariel smiled when she heard her grandmother.

"A few months only, Grandma. By then, your treatment will be completed and I will take you with me to new city then."

Ariel was thinking about all this whole day.

Ines had said to her that after the divorce she would give her more money. With that money and with whatever she had with herself, she will buy a house in another city.

The old lady smiled when she heard Ariel's words.

"Stay with grandma for these days until you leave."

"Alright, I will come back early tomorrow. Don't miss me too much."

The old lady rolled her eyes again at Ariel's words and said

"Who is missing you? Don't speak when you are eating."

Ariel laughed as she continued eating.

After so many days both of them had a good meal. Both of them dreamt of a good future with each other.
