"take me to woodstock"
she said with the sun on her,
her golden brown hair
and her sharp shoulder blades,
cutting the blue of the sky
in the dawn of said day.
and so we took the bus
to the end of the road,
packing not much.
and then what we did next was go -
up the hippie hill,
and from down in the valley
I could hear music,
all the way up to us
like wow...
and as we were watching
from up above,
I realized that's how
she took me to woodstock.~

a metaphor and a call to doing things now, 'cause that's how you make things happen: now.
inspired by my dear friend who recommended this movie "taking woodstock" to me and also by thinking a lot about the concept of time lately and how we really can't afford to hesitate.
thank you so much for reading!
