"CHICHI, I WANT TO be a hero," you said, swinging your legs beneath the table while munching on your cereal. Aizawa barely glanced up from his coffee, the dark circles under his eyes seeming even heavier than usual. His job as a pro hero was exhausting, and you could tell he wasn't in the mood for this conversation.

"No. It's too dangerous," he grumbled, his voice as flat as ever.

You stared at him, your spoon hovering mid-air. "But you're a hero. I want to save people too! Plus, the world deserves to see this pretty face." You flashed him your best smile, hoping to win him over.

"For a five-year-old, you're quite pretentious," he muttered, grabbing his eyedrops and carefully tilting his head back to use them. "But the answer is still no."

You pouted, crossing your arms. "It's not fair. My quirk's getting stronger, and I'm getting better at controlling it. I could be a great hero, Chichi. Just like you."

He sighed heavily, setting down his coffee. "It's not about how strong you are, [Name]. It's about the risks. You're still a kid, and being a hero isn't all about looking cool or saving people in flashy ways. It's dangerous, people get hurt, people die."

Your frown deepened, but you didn't give up. "Then teach me. Show me how to be safe. I'll listen, I promise."

Aizawa's tired eyes softened for a moment, and he leaned back in his chair, rubbing his temple. "We'll talk about it when you're older. For now, focus on being a kid."

You huffed, not satisfied but knowing this was as much as you were going to get out of him for now. "Fine, but when I'm older, you'll have to let me be a hero. I won't take no for an answer."

He smirked slightly. "We'll see."

The doorbell rang which you immediately whipped towards the door for. You barely managed to get the door open after standing on your tiptoes, and when you finally did, you were greeted by Midoriya and his mother. Midoriya's mom, Inko, smiled warmly as she looked at you.

"Oh wow, you must be [Name]," she gushed, her eyes sparkling. "Izuku talks about you all the time!"

Before you could respond, Aizawa's tired voice echoed from behind. "[Name], who's at the door?" he asked as he sluggishly made his way over. As soon as he caught sight of Midoriya and his mom, his expression shifted to a deadpan stare.
