Y/n and Seungmin arrived home shortly after the whole 'Hi this is Jia' occurrence. Y/n didn't feel happy to say the very least. Here she thought that she was the one at fault. The one who was being unreasonable when the chick was clearly staking her claim while said wife was present.

"Are you okay?" Seungmin asked as he pulled off his tie before working on his dress shirt. Y/n was in the process of removing her minimal jewelry, the bed a barrier between the two. "Yeah, why?"

Seungmin shifted on his feet, harboring a skeptical expression.

"Did you like Jia?"

"Jia was nice." She replied monotonously.

"Good." She hummed in acknowledgement and watched as he got into bed as tipsy as he was and fell asleep.

Y/n's phone dinged. She fished for it out from her purse and opened her phone.

Lk: You got home safe?

Y/n moved to the window facing Leeknow's house. From here she could see movements of a silhouette behind a curtain. She wondered. Was Leeknow getting ready to go and shower or had he just come out of the shower? Seeing that it was just after midnight the latter seemed more likely.

She went back to their little conversation they had in the privacy of the stars and city lights. The way Leeknow was there, listening, asking was everything Y/n knows she shouldn't want. She should be content with the life she's built with the love of her life. But then the image of Seungmin and Jia in close proximity seeming to have an intimate conversation burned that down to the ground.

Before her mind could catch up with her, she found herself slipping out the bedroom, careful with the door and made her way out the house.

Walking across the lawn, y/n tried giving it some thought.

Maybe this was an overreaction. Jia was not a threat to their marriage whatsoever, but the way Seungmin lit up like a flower towards the sun, like Jia was his sun, rubbed her off the wrong way.

How long has this friendship between them been going on? Had they known each other before the 5 years of their marriage? Had they got together after?

Now that she really thought about it, it could've been somewhere along the one year after they had been married. Seungmin had started his "work moods" then. Getting agitated by the smallest things, barely sharing anything with y/n and always dismissing her with the excuse that something happened at work. Y/n understood like the loving wife she was and offered support often dismissing the way Seungmin treated her during these periods. Knowing that they will soon pass and the man she has come to love will be back, happier, closer... hers.

But that wouldn't make sense, why would Seungmin lie and keep a mistress? He could've spoken to y/n about the possibility of having an open marriage, not that y/n would agree, but she knew that with a bit of coaxing from Seungmin she would've agreed to anything he'd say. Because she loved him. She wanted him to be happy. And apparently that wasn't enough.

The front door whipping open a moment after knocking, pulled y/n out of her thoughts.

Leeknow had just gotten out the shower, if the wet hair and bare wet chest with low riding sweats was any indicator. He looked sinful.

Y/n drunk in the sight like she had thirsted over for weeks, she had to be honest.

Here he was. The one person who made y/n feel cravings even her own husband couldn't satisfy. It was concerning. But she didn't care. The images of Jia and Seungmin's close proximity cut all rational thoughts out her mind and she closed the gap between them, placing her lips on Leeknow's.
