The Hogwarts Express chugged steadily along the tracks, its rhythmic clacking a comforting background to the animated conversations and laughter echoing through the train's compartments. The sun was just beginning to dip below the horizon, casting long shadows that danced across the landscape outside. Inside one of the compartments, a different kind of tension hung in the air.

Aria sat by the window, her gaze fixed on the fading scenery. Her usual grace seemed absent as she stared blankly at the rolling hills. The revelation Narcissa had shared with her the night before weighed heavily on her heart—her entire identity was shifting, and it was as if the very ground beneath her was crumbling. The blonde had told Theo and Blaise in the morning, both the boys comforting her the best they could.

Onyx, her closest friend and confidant, noticed her forlorn expression. Her sharp blue eyes softened with concern. She leaned forward, her voice barely more than a whisper. "You okay, Aria?"

Aria blinked slowly, pulling her thoughts back from the abyss they had been drifting towards. "Not really," she admitted, her voice trembling slightly. "I... I just can't believe it. All this time..."

Onyx placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "I'm here for you. Whatever you need, we'll get through this together."

Theo and Blaise, who were lounging in the compartment, were engaged in a light-hearted game of wizard chess. Theo, with his dark hair and thoughtful demeanour, glanced up from the board.

Blaise, his dark eyes flashing with competitive spirit, seemed more focused on the game than the conversation, but his expression showed a hint of concern.

"I'd say you should talk to Draco about it," Theo suggested carefully, "but I don't know if that would help or just make things worse."

Aria shook her head. "I'm not ready to talk to him. Not yet."

At that moment, Draco Malfoy strode into the compartment with his usual air of confidence. His icy grey eyes flicked over his friends before settling on Aria. He took note of her downcast expression and the subtle tension in the room.

"What's going on?" Draco asked, a note of curiosity in his voice.

"Just Aria being... Aria," Blaise replied with a shrug, although his eyes were wary.

Draco's gaze softened slightly as he approached Aria. "Are you alright? You look like you've seen a ghost."

"Riri, are you sure you don't want to talk about it?" Onyx asked, her concern evident. "You've been quiet all day."
