Description
Mei Fang was found on a deserted planet, injured, which seemed to be destroyed by something or someone. Mei Fang doesn't remember anything about the incident except for the bright yellow eyes ripping into her flesh before it miraculously disappeared.
Then she was found by the Astral express being raised by Himeko admiring her dazzling beauty and dress as she wanted a version of her own.

EXPLANATION
TALENT: When her talent is used Mei slams her sword into the ground, not only damaging nearby enemies but raises the speed of her allies.
Skill: Once she has obtained 1 skill point she charges at the enemy, slashing at them then striking them with lightning. Once she has obtained two skill points a big fluffy cat appears in front of the enemy before blasting them with lightning.
Ultimate: Once she has reached a certain amount of energy and uses her ultimate, swords will appear above the enemy before collapsing on them then striking them with lightning 3 times.
