Powers and Abilities:

Tail: A long reptile-like tail lined with white lightning-shaped dorsal fins, about 12 feet long. The tail can conceal itself by shrinking and appearing as a belt around Y/n's waist.

Dorsal Fins: A cascading series of small to medium Dorsal Fins making three trails run down his back until they converge at his neck. Like the tail, the Dorsal Fins can be concealed by hiding in Y/n's back. However, a series of scars are left behind, making it more noticeable, so he has to cover himself with a shirt.

Raw Strength: Being the offspring of the original Godzilla, Y/n inherited similar strengths that he had—a general strength unlike anything feasible in the world.

Rapid Regeneration: Y/n's skin is highly durable and fragile in certain areas. Regardless, any wound inflicted upon him can be mended quickly. However, if the weapon has anti-nuclear properties or is designed to combat him specifically, the ability's effectiveness is significantly reduced.

Weakened Atomic Abilities: Compared to his True Form, in his human one, Y/n's abilities are significantly weaker but dangerous nonetheless. He can use a weakened version of the Atomic Breath and Pulse and concentrate his Energy to deliver a strong punch.

Transformation: Y/n can transform into his True Form, one that mirrors the appearance of his father from long ago.

Looks:

Height: 55 Meters (This is not his final height, by the way)

Previously stated abilities are at their Maximum Strength, capable of causing mass amounts of destruction, along with a few abilities that Y/n can not use in his human form.

Red Spiral Ray: An attack only achievable with the correct circumstance, where Y/n's body in his True Form reaches a critical point, and Heat and Radition are at a Maximum. That heat and Energy can be concentrated into a Red Beam and fired from Y/n's mouth. The strength of the attack can melt through and disintegrate many known near-indestructible metals and materials, including Life Fibers.

Flight: With the Atomic Breath now at full power, Y/n can propel himself through the air for many miles until, eventually, he is forced to land.

Propelling Drop Kick: With a combination of Y/n's tail and his Atomic Breath, he can glide across the ground and use his weight to slam any opponent to the ground. Now. Y/n hasn't tried this technique in his human form, so he is unsure if it will work, but he is willing to try.

Weakness

Reliance on Nuclear Energy: While yes, Y/n, for lack of better terms, is a walking Nuclear Bomb, the Energy he uses is not permanent. Often, after a large clash, his energy stores will be depleted, and he will need to recuperate that lost Energy either by slowly letting it regenerate or by sizing stores of Nuclear Energy from a Nuclear power plant.

Animalistic Instinct: In his True Form, Y/n does not display the same rationality he would in his human form. He doesn't think and often charges in to destroy the problem and asks questions afterward, a method that leaves him open to attack.

Human Nature: Y/n's rationale is far more reserved in his Human Form. In this form, he shows more empathy towards humanity and doesn't outright wish to harm them; in some cases, he even protects them. However, this, as well, leaves him open to exploitation. In this case, it is more fatal because his Human Form is more fragile than his True Form.

Overconfidence: With all of this strength comes a high level of cockiness. Y/n often doesn't weigh his opponent against himself, seeing if they have something over him; if they do, he overlooks it and quickly regrets it when he's taken off guard. However, once it happens to him, it is often but not certain that it won't happen again.
