The conference room crackled with tension as Ria faced the entire group who were visibly drained and frustrated by the proposed grueling schedule for the next month.
RM, his patience wearing thin, slammed his hand on the table. "This schedule is unacceptable, Ria! We're being pushed to the limit. We can't keep going like this!"
Ria's face was resolute. "I understand, Namjoon, but we have commitments we can't change now. This is the best we could negotiate with the management. We need to stick to it."
Jin, who had been quiet, leaned forward, frustration clear. "It's not just about work. We're talking about our health and well-being. This schedule is too demanding. You're not considering how much it's affecting us."
J-Hope, usually the most upbeat, was visibly upset. "Ria, this is beyond intense. We're barely managing to get through each day. You're asking us to keep going without any relief, and it's not sustainable."
Jungkook, his voice tired but firm, added, "We're all struggling here. This schedule is pushing us past our limits. We need time to recover. We're not machines."
Taehyung, was visibly agitated. "You're asking us to sacrifice everything-our time, our health, our sanity. We need some balance. This constant pressure is wearing us down."
Suga crossed his arms, his frustration evident. "Is it really worth it if we're all breaking down? It feels like you're prioritizing deadlines over our health. This isn't right."
Ria's frustration was clear as she tried to maintain her stance. "I'm aware of how hard this is. But deviating from this schedule could jeopardize everything we've planned. I'm trying to manage multiple constraints here."
RM's voice was sharp. "We've been pushing ourselves for months. It feels like no one is listening to our concerns. We need time to recover."
Jin added, "We're not just talking about physical exhaustion; this is affecting us mentally and emotionally. How is that fair to us?"
J-Hope, his face flushed with frustration, said, "We're giving our all, but we need some space. If this continues, we're going to collapse. Can't you see that?"
Jungkook's voice was softer but carried a sense of defeat. "We're all doing our best, but this schedule is overwhelming. We need to address this properly."
Taehyung, looking increasingly frustrated, said, "This isn't just about the schedule. It's about how it's impacting us. We need to find a solution that doesn't sacrifice our well-being."
Ria's face was a mix of frustration and resolve. "I get it. I'm not ignoring your concerns. But right now, we have to follow through. If we deviate now, we risk everything."
RM, exasperated, threw up his hands. "Balance? We're the ones being asked to give everything, and you're telling us to trust that it will work out?"
Suga, with a resigned sigh, leaned back. "We're asking for consideration, not just lip service. We need to find a way to make this manageable."
Jin, his face a mix of weariness and determination, spoke up. "We're in this together, but we need you to see how hard this is for us. We're not asking for a lot, just some recognition and relief."
J-Hope nodded, adding, "We'll follow the schedule, but we need to revisit this soon. We can't keep pushing like this without addressing the impact."
Jungkook and Taehyung nodded in agreement, their expressions serious. Jungkook said, "We're committed, but we need to ensure this doesn't break us. Let's find a better way to manage this."
Ria's expression softened as she looked at each of them. "I hear you. I'll support you through this, but for now, we need to stick to the plan. We'll reassess once we get through this period."
