2. Send me a private message with all the information. I will respond as soon as possible and send you the cover when I'm done with it. I will also post it here as an example.

3. If you want me to make you a banner or cast picture ( a picture of every cast member and their names ) or even another cover, just message me specifying what you want and filling out the same form you would fill out for the cover requests.

R U L E S

• You MUST send me a private message with all the information. DO NOT COMMENT the information, since it will be ignored. The reason why I'm doing it this way is because it is easier for me to do everything by private message; it's hard for me to keep track of what covers I have made and what covers I haven't by looking at comments.

• You HAVE to let me know if you don't like the cover and/or if you want me to change something to it. I WON'T BE OFFENDED. I can always make you another one,( if you would like ) but I need you to tell me. The reason why I'm making this a rule is because I want everyone to be a 100% satisfied with their covers.

• You HAVE to give me credit in either the description of the story or in the first chapter and/or dedicate the chapter to me.

• I can decline your request if I feel like I can't make the cover.

• If you don't use the cover I made for you as an actual cover, use it as a banner for a chapter and give credit to me in that chapter.

• Be patient. I have schoolwork to do, and that takes away most of my time. It takes time to make a good cover and I DO NOT work well under pressure.
