*MADDIES POV*
Five weeks later, i am not very visible. You can tell that im pregnant but i always wear baggy hoodies to hide it. Im 3 monthss 1 week along. I stare aat the small buldge in the mirror. The door opens and i yelp quickly pulling my shirt down. "Chill babe, its just me." Danny says closing the door. I pant. "You scared me." i say to him. He smiles. I turn to look in the mirror again. Danny wraps his arms around me from behind placing his hands on my stomach. "We'll get through this. We have eachother." Danny says kissing my cheek. "yeah." i say.
I slide Danny's hoodie on and we walk downstairs hand in hand. Taylor and Paul had recently told us they were together, and we werent mad because they seemed happy so who are we to judge. Paul and Taylor are sitting on the couch watching tv. "Lets do this." Danny says to me. I nod. I walk around clicking the tv off. "hey!" Paul says. "Guys, Danny and i have something to tell you." I say to them. Paul sits up a bit. "Alright go for it." he says. "Im pregnant." I say. "Come on Maddie April's over." Paul says with a laugh. "Paul, Maddies really pregnant." Danny says. Paul laughs harder. I sigh lifting my shirt, he instantly stops. Taylor doesnt say anything. Paul looks at my stomach. "No...." Paul says. "Paul stay calm ok? its completly fine, we are still exploring our options and its gonna be o-" i say paul cuts me off with a loud scream. "YOUR PREGNANT?! DANNY HOW COULD YOU DO THAT?!" Paul shrieks. "Paul it takes more than one person to make a baby! thats not just dannys fault!" I scream. Paul throws his glass across the room, i watch it shatter.
Paul paces around the room sobbing. Danny finally catches him in his arms hugging him "Stop dude, come on its ok." Danny says as paul cries. Taylor looks at me. "Can i see?" She asks pointing to my stomach. I lift my shirt for her to see and she smiles. "Congrats." She says. i smile. "Thank you taylor." i say to her.
*PAULS POV*
I decide crying cant undo whats been done. The girl i truelly loved was pregnant with another mand child. My best friends child. I look at the shattered glass on the floor. "just like my heart." i mumble. Maddie stands up walking over to hug me. I let her small arms wrap around my neck. I wrap my arms around her waist. "Please dont be upset Paul." Maddie says. "I have every right to be upset." I say to her. Maddie begins to cry. "We had to tell you paul, you would have noticed soon." She says to me. I stroke her hair. "Its ok." I say. Maddie pulls away. she kisses my cheek and then walks up the stairs. I turn to Taylor whos smiling. "You handled it well Paul." Taylor says. "Yeah. We'll see." i say.
