Isagi and His Recent "Problems"

Isagi Yoichi, age 17, striker in Bluelock. This is his story, and yet, there's already a problem. Recently..People such as Nagi or Chigiri have been acting weird around him. Not just them, but other people too like people who supposedly found him unlikable and annoying like Rin or Kaiser. They've been acting..How would it be described?..Not just weird but....Oh well. Probably nothing.

Isagi was doing his normal stretches and got warmed up before trying some training equipment with a few others such as Barou who gave him a menacing glare, and Kunigami who gave him a friendly wave before working out by using dumbbells, looking as if he was trying to show off, which Barou noticed and seemed annoyed about so he flexed his muscles a bit, hoping to gain some attention from Isagi but he was clueless, thinking and doing his own stuff.

Isagi felt some comfort in the friendly wave and it made him feel just slightly better, but he was very clueless to the thick tension in the air and the mean glances between the boys. He got onto a treadmill and put it at a low pace before feeling it was too slow and just put it at a higher speed.

He started jogging, meanwhile the boys gave up trying to flex or show off to Isagi or give mean glares to each other since Isagi didn't seem to be looking or even seeming to notice.

Isagi decided to go just a little faster and turn up the pace a few notches by pressing the speed button. It was now going at a faster speed and Isagi was going from a jog to a light run. Nagi and Reo then entered the room and seen Isagi, then almost instantly going onto the treadmills next to him.

"Damn it.." Barou muttered under his breath.

"I was just about to do that.." Said Kunigami, bitterly speaking under his breath.

Nagi was on the left side of Isagi and Reo was on the right. Reo looked at him with a short glance before looking at his own treadmill he was on, trying to show off by going faster than Isagi but quickly and secretly regretting it. Nagi just kept it on walking speed, looking at Isagi with a bit of admiration.

"That looks like alot of effort..Too much effort for me anyways. You make it look nice though.." Said Nagi, his eyes looking at him with something...different.. Isagi couldn't tell, but he found it endearing.

"Hah, thanks Nagi. That's pretty neat coming from you. It's an honor." He said, feeling flattered by Nagi's words. They just smiled at each other, occasionally glancing at each other, sharing a short moment that felt like hours, not being able to read the room, which was, by the way, filled with jealousy, envy, and wanting. Barou was about to speak up when Reo suddenly snapped at Isagi, barking for his attention.

"Isagi! Hey! I wanna talk to you! What do you uhm..Think of..My uh..What I meant is I just want you to talk to me and tell me about your uhm..Day! Yes!" Reo said, huffing too, and slowing down the treadmill, finding himself to be incredibly stupid for being able to come up with a stupid excuse like asking about Isagi's day.

"Uhm..well, my day is going nicely so far, haha..Uh, what about you?"

Reo replied with,"Good too.."

Barou and Kunigami looked relieved that Reo came up with a good but stupid excuse of a talk but Nagi showed a hint of annoyance in his eyes but his expression was still sleepy. Isagi seemed confused by the random talk but found it a bit amusing. He didn't dare to laugh, but he sure was trying hard not to.

"ISAAAGIIII!!!" Said Bachira as he came all the way across the room, getting ready attach himself to Isagi but didn't wanna hurt him from the speed he was going on the treadmill.

Isagi almost jumped from the loud noise even though he'd been used to it for a sort of long time since the ball of energy called Bachira always did that. He slowed his treadmill to a stop and got off it.

As soon as he did, Bachira attached himself to Isagi's back, almost making him lose his balance but he chuckled and caught his composure. Bachira excitedly spoke to Isagi while attached tightly. "Hey Isagi! I'm soo excited to see you again!"

The other boys were quite annoyed even though they knew Bachira was always like this, being so clingy and attaching himself to Isagi, and it really ticked them off.

Isagi chuckled and smiled warmly at Bachira. "Well, I'm excited to see you again too, Bachira. How was your day so far, hmm?"

"Good, but even better now that you're here!"

"Awe..That's sweet..Thanks Bachira!"
"No problemo, Isagi!~" the energetic boy said with happiness and a hint of playfulness in his voice. This was the beginning of Isagi's yet-to-be-discovered-personally problems, and it most-certainly wouldn't be the last.
