"Mm..."
Su Hanjin let out a soft, comfortable moan. It was a strange sensation, as though she were sinking into clouds. Though her consciousness was hazy, her body moved involuntarily, rising and falling, with breathless moans escaping her lips. A warm current surged through her limbs, causing her to tremble slightly before she collapsed weakly, panting for breath. After a while, she slowly opened her eyes.
Did I just have a... dream? Su Hanjin reached out, expecting to feel the light switch on the wall. Instead, her hand met something cold and silky-a curtain. Surprised, she yanked it down with a sharp tear, and blinding light flooded the room, forcing her to shut her eyes again. When she opened them once more, the scene before her left her stunned.
She appeared to be in a vast cave. The stone walls were encrusted with glowing pearls, and a soft mist seeped from the cracks, filling the cave with an ethereal, dreamlike quality. Where am I? Su Hanjin rubbed her forehead and started to rise, but something felt off beneath her.
Slowly, she looked down-and froze.
She was straddling a man's waist. He was naked, his face pale and bluish, resembling a corpse. Horrified, Su Hanjin scrambled off him, feeling an odd sense of emptiness in her body, which made her feel unexpectedly disappointed.
What on earth? Why am I feeling this way? Flustered, Su Hanjin's breathing quickened as she noticed a faint floral fragrance. The deeper she breathed, the stronger the scent became, making her dizzy and feverish. Just then, voices sounded from outside.
"Mei Niang, are you done yet? Come out, we have serious matters to discuss!"
"That boy was just in the early stages of Qi refining. Do you really need that long to drain his essence? Hurry up!" The voice grew increasingly impatient, and Su Hanjin, already burning with heat and gasping for breath, felt a sense of panic rising.
"Mei Niang, are you finished yet?"
A furious roar echoed through the cave, making Su Hanjin's whole body tremble. A flash of white light pierced her mind, and her body collapsed back onto the bed, immobilized. However, her mind became extraordinarily clear as fragments of memory flashed before her, gradually fusing two consciousnesses into one.
Her name was Su Hanjin, and she had transmigrated into the body of a demon cultivator named Mei Niang. She had gone from being an innocent young woman to a seductress who controlled countless men!
"Mei Niang, what the hell are you doing in there?"
A green light flashed at the entrance of the cave as the barrier was broken. Two men strode in. One held a black-feathered fan and had a scholarly air about him, but his pale face and purple lips gave him an eerie, deathly appearance.
"Ghost-Faced Scholar, Qiu Qianlin." The name surfaced in Su Hanjin's mind. Qiu Qianlin's lips curved into a sneer, and Su Hanjin instinctively shifted her gaze away, feeling tense.
The bearded man beside him strode forward, his booming voice like thunder. "You old witch, the treasure at Seven Star Peak is about to emerge, and you're still playing with men here? You'll end up with nothing if you don't hurry!"
"Jack the Ripper, Zhang Chong!"
"Oh, you killed the boy this time? Not bad. You even left him with a whole body," Zhang Chong remarked, lifting the corpse off the bed. He plunged his hand into the man's chest, pulled out his heart, and ate it. "Cold. Not very tasty."
Su Hanjin felt a wave of nausea. She took a deep breath and blinked her eyes before saying, "You two go ahead. I'll join you shortly. I've just broken through to a new level and need to stabilize my cultivation. I'll meet you at Seven Star Peak in an hour."
