Palak's pov

The music began, and the lights focused only on us, shining brightly. I felt nervous, not because of the many people around us, but because of our closeness. He noticed my nervousness and asked, "Hey, hey, why are you sweating?" I tried to brush it off while shaking my head but Sweat? Why should i sweat  it's not big deal, just a dance i tried to calm myself  But Piyush saw right through me. He asked again, and I admitted, "Okay, fine, I'm a little nervous." He smiled reassuringly and drew me closer and said, "Don't worry, just look into my eyes." And as the music started again, we began to dance, moving together in perfect harmony, our eyes locked on each other.

As we swayed to the rhythm, Piyush's eyes locked onto mine, his gaze warm and reassuring. He drew me closer, his hand on the small of my back, sending shivers down my spine. I felt my nervousness melt away, replaced by a sense of calm and trust. The lights, the crowd, everything faded into the background, leaving only the two of us, lost in the music and the moment.

Piyush's hand brushed against mine, his fingers intertwining with mine, sending sparks through my body. I couldn't help but smile, feeling a connection that went beyond just a dance. I never felt this way. The music swelled, and we moved in perfect harmony, our bodies speaking a language all their own.

As the tempo slowed, Piyush's arms wrapped around me, pulling me close. I rested my head on his shoulder, feeling the warmth of his skin, the beat of his heart. The world around us melted away, leaving only the two of us, suspended in time, lost in the magic of the moment.

As we swayed to the music, Piyush's eyes locked onto mine, filled with a deep affection. This was too much for me I never felt this way all the thoughts started running through my head & a question arose in my head I couldn't help but ask, my voice barely above a whisper, "W....why me "

He smiled, his lips curving upwards, and replied, "Many reasons, You're the only one who makes my heart skip a beat and so much i can't explain it some words"

I felt a blush rise to my cheeks, but he deserves better I looked down, my voice trembling. "You deserve better, not me."

Piyush chuckled, his breath tickling my ear, and said, "Better than you ? No......" I replied "No..please.... " but i got interrupted by him who questioned  "Just answer me, do I deserve you?"

I stuttered, my heart racing, "I...I..."

He drew me closer, his voice low and husky, "If I don't deserve you, then I don't deserve anyone else."

As he spoke, his eyes never left mine, and I felt like I was drowning in their depths. His gaze makes my heart beat faster.
I was about to speak further but the lights brightened, and the music ended everyone erupted into applause .Piyush took my hand, and we walked off the stage together, everyone was cheering and I could see Nidhi Vivaan Nisha and Piyush's cousins everyone hooting . We settled on our seats.

Nidhii rushed towards us, her eyes shining with excitement. "Wow! Di... Sorry sorry, Bhabhiii bhai ! Kitne pyare lag rahe the aap dono !" She gushed. Nisha, following close behind, chimed in, "Haa jodi hi itni pyari jo hai !" Vivaan, with a sly grin, added, "Haa Rabb ne bana di jodi , right Piyush?" He winked at Piyush, who blushed.

The evening unfolded with more performances  Vivaan, Nidhii, and their friends took the stage, followed by Piyush's cousins. Then, the anchor's voice boomed, "Put your hands together for our dashing groom, Piyush, as he prepares to dazzle us with his next dance!" The crowd erupted in cheers. I turned to Piyush, asking, "Aap...?" He smiled, his eyes locked on mine, "Jii....main aur it's for you." With that, he stood up and made his way to the stage, leaving me breathless.

I was very excited the lights were on he was on the stage as the lights lit he looked up straight into my eyes and said pointing his hands towards me "This dance is dedicated to one and only my wife "
"Ohoooooooo, hooooooo " everyone began hooting while looking at me who was unknowingly blushing and him then the song began and everyone gaze returned to him .

As the lights lit the stage, my heart skipped a beat. Piyush stood tall, his gaze locking onto mine with an unmistakable intensity. With a gentle smile, he raised his hands, his fingers pointing directly at me, and said , "This dance is dedicated to my one and only wife." The crowd erupted into cheers and whistles, "Ohoooooooo, hooooooo!" All eyes turned to me, and I felt my cheeks flush with a shy blush. But as the music began, the attention shifted back to Piyush, and I was left to swoon in secret, my heart beat racing .
