Trailblazer POV (Story Cutscene)
"An invitation to Penacony..." Welt examined the parchment. It was the fourth time within the hour that he looked it over. "This is quite unexpected."
"But it clearly states here that it is a letter to us. The Astral Express." Himeko pondered. "And here's the official stamp of The Family."
"A vacation for the kids isn't a bad idea, especially since we did run into some unexpected trouble in the last two of our adventures." Welt figured.
Himeko sighed. "I guess. We'll take turns taking care of the children. Don't think too much about it Welt, you're already growing some white hair."
PA announcement (Pom Pom): "Um, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it seems that the Express will have to hold off on entering the Docks for now. All member of the Express Crew please report to the front cart."
"Seems like Pom Pom's run into some trouble." Himeko observed calmly. "Let's see what the delay is all about."
[Go to the Front Cart to investigate the delay]

Pom Pom: "Hey, thanks for coming on the short notice. If you guys didn't notice already, the Express has run into.... authorities."
March 7th: "Authorities? What do you mean."
Himeko: "I see what you mean."
Trailblazer:

The Trailblazer looks outside to see a air/spacecraft that resembled an aircraft carrier.
Radio: "Astral Express Crew, if you can hear this transmission, please stop your craft immediately."
Welt: "Seems we have little to no choice. Pom Pom, I say we should stop the train and see what's going on."
