Chapter 1 - Rain on the First Day.

Y/N: Today was going to be a big day. A day where I can step out of my comfort zone and turn my whole life around, but it started raining on such a special day..

The University of Tokyo. A large step before living your dreams and soon live a life so placid and tranquil, but as the weather pours down on the first day of the school's opening, it leaves an upsetting impression on all the students.. they all thought of it as some sort of a "bad omen".

Y/N: I should not be worried, I did work really hard to get into this university after all. For the sake of my future I need to step forward.

As Y/N enters the school, Y/N was immediately met with everyone's eyes glued onto Y/N. Nervous, Y/N slowly picked up the pace walking towards a board showing all the student's assigned classes, Y/N appeared to be assigned to Class 1-C. The students suddenly gather around in a spot and in awe of a certain presence, Y/N squirms their way into the crowd and sees the talented members of the Student Council, but for the school body, they were all considered role models. The students clear out the pathway for the members of the council to walk through. The president of the student council took a quick glance at you and then continued to walk.

Y/N: Who was that just now?

Random Person: You don't know who that person was just now? Are you new around here?

Y/N: Yeah.. It's my first time here.

Takumi: Ahh I see. Sorry if I was being rude, I'm Takumi. Takumi Himekawa, Nice to meet you!

Y/N: I'm Y/N, nice to meet you too.

Takumi: Well then, since you're new here should I give you a tour?

Y/N appreciated the gesture

Y/N: Sure.

Takumi: Okay then! Follow me.

Y/N followed Takumi in touring the whole school, Y/N thought it was super convenient to find a guy like him..

Takumi: I know a lot about the school since I've been here for 2 years already, however things took a whole turn ever since Solvaria and Winola took the position of President and Vice President.

Y/N: Really? How so?

Takumi: They're the duo that made the grandest contributions in the University. You see, two years ago, this whole University wouldn't have been so prestigious if it wasn't for them, they prepared a whole event for students with specific talents and put it to good use. Now this school has the most population of skilled students and there wouldn't be a Literature Club, an Entertainment Club, or an Arts Club if they never took such high positions in the council.

Y/N: You know a lot about them huh?

Takumi: Yeah I do. I was really moved by their leadership, a lot has changed in just 2 years.

Y/N: Why do you know so much?

Takumi: I'm simply a fan. That's all.

Y/N: Ah.. I see..

Soon Y/N arrives at the Literature Club, the first spot of their school tour.

Takumi: Here's the literature club! I am a very welcoming member here. Back then this used to be a storage room, now it's a whole club!

Y/N: Who's the president?

Takumi: That would be Haru Nishimiya. He's a very good friend of mine, we're close and stuff, almost like we're brothers.

Y/N: Oh? Where is he now?

Takumi: He has classes right now and is quite busy.

Y/N: I see.. How many members?

Takumi: So far it's only been me, Haru, and four others so yeah.

Y/N: Not quite a lot huh?

Takumi: Nahhh it's fine.

Y/N: Does it ever get boring? Just writing?

Takumi: I love writing, I can never be bored with it. The others are just as passionate too.

Y/N: Good for you then.

Y/N gives a gentle and assuring smile. Takumi laughs a little.

Takumi: Let's get going shall we?

Y/N follows Takumi to another part of the school. As they walk, a flying paper ball lands on Y/N's head and fell to the floor, she picked it up and opened it, it revealed a message that says "Council Election October 26th" and in it was also a drawing of a stick figure holding a trophy, as if it just defeated someone.

Takumi: Y/N? What's wrong?

Y/N: A paper ball landed and hit my head, I picked it up and it revealed this.

Takumi: October 26th? Council Election? That's the date where students finish voting for the president of the council, and a drawing of a victorious person.. What does that have to do with this?

Y/N: I'm pretty sure it's just some random person that wrote the date and doodled on it.

Takumi: But why is it so specific? Something does not add up here.

Y/N: You okay-

Takumi: Y/N you may return to your class. Let's continue this tour some other time, I gotta report this to the council.

Takumi leaves in a hurry

Y/N: Oh, okay then.

-Meanwhile-

The Student Council Office. The most productive place in the entire school. Solvaria Olsonn the President and Winola Brandis the Vice President gather with the council for a meeting with Takumi..

Solvaria: Sorry to cause such a disturbance for you all!! I had to make sure everyone here knows about this.

Nonoa: What's with the sudden meeting?

Freya: I heard a new student here picked up a piece of paper that apparently was bad news.

Haru: How can a piece of paper be bad news?

Freya: Well, something was written and drawn in it. Takumi referred to that piece of paper as some sort of fate being foreshadowed.

Solvaria: Okay! Everyone seems to have gotten the gist of it already. Takumi here along with the new student, picked up a piece of paper and the Council Election date was written there and a drawing of a person holding a trophy. Takumi isn't a part of the student council right now but in these types of situations he is quite the valuable person.

Takumi felt as if he was just being praised just now.

Takumi: Anyway, the paper stating the election date and some drawing of a person holding a trophy could mean a lot of things. Of course we can just say that some random person wrote and drew all of this out of boredom, but because the contents of the paper are too specific, I highly doubt this was made randomly.

Winola: What do you think of the election date and the drawing Takumi?

Takumi: It could just indicate your victory, however, because the trophy here has a symbol on it that says "Most Votes" this could also mean that someone in this entire school could be trying to defeat the current student council on the day of the election.

Everyone in the room was stunned to hear such fate being foreshadowed, but for Solvaria and Winola, they were thrilled to have a new challenger that might possibly beat them.

Freya: A challenger?

Nonoa: They must be idiots if they think they could best us.

Solvaria: I don't know about that. No idiot would foreshadow fate if they can't guarantee it.

Nonoa: You have a point.

Freya: Anyway, if we're done here, I gotta hurry to my class.

Nonoa: Same here.

Haru: I have to go too.

Solvaria: Let's conclude here for now. We'll talk more about this sometime.

Everyone fixes their seats and leaves the council office, they all return to their assigned classes.
