Jin Hyo-seop was about to express his gratitude when Andante said something completely unexpected.

"Well, you don't need to worry anymore. I won't be asking for your guiding in the future."

"...Pardon?"

"Don't worry. I have no intention of putting you in danger."

With a faint smile, Andante ruffled Jin Hyo-seop's hair. His hand was as gentle as the kind expression on his face.

"From now on, I'll handle my guiding on my own."

At that moment, Yujin's delicate face flashed in Jin Hyo-seop's mind.

"Are you... talking about Guide Yujin?"

"Hmm?"

One of Andante's eyebrows arched.

"Why are you suddenly bringing up Yujin here? And more importantly, how do you even know him?"

"I met him today with Esper Shin Hae-chang."

"Oh, when you went to get your clothes fitted?"

Jin Hyo-seop nodded, and Andante muttered, seemingly displeased, "What an unfortunate coincidence."

"So, what did they say that made you bring up Guide Yujin all of a sudden?"

"Guide Yujin... told me that he met with you yesterday. And that you're not in good health."

Finally, Jin Hyo-seop managed to bring up what he had wanted to ask all along.

"Is that so? That guy, he's not very discreet, is he? And right in front of his bondage partner too."

Andante chuckled. Despite the sharpness of his words, he seemed amused, not particularly upset.

"You met him yesterday, didn't you?"

"Yeah, it just happened."

So, what Yujin had said was true. Confirming it made Jin Hyo-seop feel even more uneasy. He kept thinking about Yujin, with his ethereal appearance and gentle demeanor. No Esper would refuse a guide like him. Even as a guide himself, he found him attractive and beautiful.

Jin Hyo-seop fidgeted with his fingers before cautiously asking, "Are you going to receive guiding from him?"

"I'm not."

Andante leaned against the car door, bending over to look at Jin Hyo-seop. His expression turned mischievous.

"You've been acting strange for a while now. Why are you so concerned about the relationship between Yujin and me?"

"..."

"Could it be... you're jealous?"

Jealous? Jin Hyo-seop blinked blankly at the suggestion.

"Jealous? Me?"

His reaction, as if it hadn't even crossed his mind, made Andante look a bit puzzled.

"Well, never mind if you're not."

Andante shrugged, murmuring to himself, "Maybe I was wrong." There wasn't a hint of embarrassment in him even though he had misunderstood.
