"Are you sure you're up for this?"

Poppy asked branch as he stood loading the caterbus with stuff that was supposed to take them to bergen town.

"Yes,princess,it's now or never"
"Okay...."

Poppy hopped onto the bus,and held out a hand towards branch. He took it and climbed on it and sat behind the wheel,with poppy on a seat beside him.

"Off to bergen town,then---please keep your arms and legs inside the bus at all times"

Poppy giggled and said :- "alright,conductor branch"

Branch smirked and pressed a button and they sped off towards bergen town specifically the troll tree.
Branch relaxed,and stretched out on the seat,and turned towards poppy who had slumped out on the seat and had closed her eyes.

Branch smirked and inched his hand towards poppy,brushing his hand against her thigh.

Poppy jolted and grabbed it lightly,saying:-"branch stop it,we're literally on a bus"

Branch took his hand out of her grasp with one light pull,and smirked :- "And that's bad,how?"

"No--not here--branch!!!!"

Poppy screamed as the bus swivelled around a tree,as branch took hold of the control.

"See,nice and safe"
"Yeah,and if safe means "Killed" to you,then yeah we're "safe"from harm"

Branch rolled his eyes and turned a bend as bergen town came into view,with the troll tree standing tall and green at the entrance.

"Hold onto your seat,princess,cause this ride's about to get real bumpy"

"I---Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!"

The caterbus went up the tree jumping along it's branches dodging rocks and fallen leaves and other smaller branches,and trunks of smaller trees and what not, until it came upon a small pink pod quite torn apart but nothing a few repairs here and there couldn't mend.

Poppy :- "Ugh,you weren't kidding"-she tried to keep her dizziness under control,and stood up,but she stumbled due to her dizziness and almost fell down till branch caught her and held her close to his chest.

"Oops,watch your step, princess, can't have you falling before seeing my childhood home"

"Thanks branch"-poppy said,as she stepped out of the bus and peered around the place.

The pod law a few feet away,and the surroundings were greener than ever,with a few flowers growing there,the atmosphere cool with a breeze blowing by.

"So this is where you lived and i was born"
"Yeah...."

They stood staring at the pod for a while when branch put up a few stuff on his arms and said:-"come on, let's go inside"

Poppy nodded and taking a few things in her hands, followed branch.
Branch kicked the door open, which creaked due to it being old and rusty,and revealed the torn room. He sucked in a breath and looked sadly at his home,all wrecked,by the bergens 20 years ago.

Poppy came inside and the floorboards creaked when she walked upon what seemingly was the living room,with a broken table and decaying branches all over. She looked over at branch who squeezed a tear out of his eye and her heart grieved.

She went up to him and put a hand on his cheek :- "hey.....its gonna be okay...You can do this....."
Branch looked down at her and smiled faintly.

Putting down his supplies,he took out a tool box from between them and set to work.
