"What do we do now?" Ruby asked, sitting on the floor next to Blake, watching everything they both knew would be destroyed within the year.
"You're the one with the ideas," Blake pointed out.
Ruby ruffled her hair with a frown, already missing her old? hairstyle, she'd have to get it cut again.
"Why don't we go talk to Ozpin?" Blake suggested when Ruby didn't say anything. "He could help us."
Ruby glanced over at Yang, who'd since dozed off. "Alright, but where would he even be at this hour?"
"We could try his office," Blake offered, blowing out the candle and standing up, offering her leader a hand up. "If not we could just wait until tomorrow."
Ruby nodded, allowing the older girl to pull her up.
"And where do you think you're going?" Weiss demanded as they began toward the door.
"We need to talk to the headmaster," Ruby answered.
Blake facepalmed, she could've told a lie!
"Why?" Weiss asked, looking slightly curious.
"Miss Belladonna, Miss Rose, Miss Schnee? Do you three plan on talking all night?" Goodwitch asked flatly.
"We wanted to talk to Professor Ozpin," Blake admitted, hoping the teacher would help them. "It's important."
Goodwitch just raised an eyebrow.
Ruby and Blake glanced at each other.
"It's um," Ruby bit her lip, desperately thinking of something to say that wouldn't look suspicious. "It's about the Relics..." she mumbled, not wanting anyone else to overhear.
Goodwitch's eyes widened and she nodded.
"Come with me then," she ordered.
Weiss just watched them go in confusion, what were relics?
----------
"Headmaster, there are a few students wanting to speak with you." Goodwitch said when they got to Ozpin's office.
Ozpin glanced over at them curiously, frowning in confusion at Ruby and Blake.
"Can I help you girls?" he asked.
"We hope so," Blake answered.
"They claim to know about the Relics," Goodwitch interrupted.
"How do you know about that?" Ozpin asked, staring at them suspiciously. "Only a very select few know about the Relics."
"We're, um..." Blake trailed off.
"We're from the future." Ruby answered.
"Excuse me?" Goodwitch asked skeptically.
Ozpin just raised an eyebrow, interested now.
"During the Vytal Festival, a team claiming to be from Haven will destroy Beacon," Blake explained.
"Were we allowed to tell him that?" Ruby asked.
"If you children are done, you need to be up early tomorrow." Goodwitch snapped, folding her arms.
"Glynda, enough." Ozpin said, standing up. "Can you girls prove your claims?"
Ruby and Blake glanced at each other again, not knowing how much Goodwitch knew.
"We know about Salem," Ruby admitted.
Ozpin's eyes widened, and he turned to Goodwitch. "Glynda, if you'll excuse us."
