Hi there!

Before we jump into the story, I just want to take a moment to say how much I appreciate you for being here. Seriously, it means the world to me. This little fanfic is something very close to my heart, and I’m excited to share it with you.

Let me backtrack a bit, though:

Gonna take you back to my early teenage years, when JavaScript-enabled games were all the rage (anyone else? 👀). If you were into mobile gaming back then, you probably know all about Gameloft.

For me, they were the game developers that made those years more fun and memorable. They had this way of creating worlds that you could just get lost in, and I had so many late nights playing their games. One game that really stuck with me was called Vampire Romance. I can’t even explain how much I loved it—there was mystery, drama, romance 💒, and all the supernatural goodness 🤩 a girl could ask for.

For those who aren’t familiar with the game, here’s a little synopsis:

Vampires, werewolves – we think they’re myths, right? But what if they aren’t? What if they’ve been living among us all along—stepping into our homes, even our hearts, without us realizing it? In the game Vampire Romance, you play as Emma, a young woman caught in a world of mysterious creatures. Vampires, werewolves—they’re real, and they have their own set of rules for survival. Alongside her loved ones and friends (each with their own unique abilities like telepathy or shapeshifting), Emma faces some intense choices. Every decision you help her make will shape the course of the game—so be careful! Choose wisely, because you can’t go back. It’s a thrilling adventure, where every action matters.

Fast forward to recently, I came across a rare opportunity to play this game again (I know, lucky, right?), and let me tell you—it brought back ALL those feelings from when I first played it. The story still hits just as hard, and it reminded me of how much I loved that world.

The world of Gameloft.

That’s why I decided to write this fanfiction. I wanted to relive those moments and keep that part of my teenage years alive.

I have a feeling some of you know exactly what I mean. Maybe you’re just like me. I hope this fanfic brings you back to those days too. 😉
