When Jake comes back from work one night, he walks into his apartment building. He enters the elevator and presses his floor number, waiting for the elevator to take him to his apartment. Jake is tired from his long day at work, and he can 't wait to get into his apartment and have a long shower and some food. He checks his phone and is lost in his thoughts.

The elevator doors open at Jake's floor, and he steps out. As he walks to his apartment, he notices that his next-door neighbor's door is open. He thinks it's unusual, and he decides to knock and check on them. Jake knocks on the open door but no one answers. He pushes the door a bit wider open.

"Hello?" he calls out. "Is anyone there? Are you alright?" Jake steps in and looks around. The apartment is nicely decorated, and it looks cozy. He doesn't see anyone around, but he notices some noise coming from the bedroom.

Jake walks towards the bedroom and steps inside. He sees a figure sitting next to the bed, but it's too dark to make out who it is. "Hello? Are you ok?" Jake says out loud. The figure turns around and Jake sees that it's a young man, around his age, maybe a bit younger. He stands up and looks at Jake with a nervous expression.

Jake immediately feels a sense of attraction to this young man. He wonders how they have never met before, he is sure he would remember someone like this man. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to intrude," Jake says , feeling a bit embarrassed. "I just saw your door open and I wanted to check on you. I live next to you, I am your new neighbor."

The young man's expression changes from nervous to relieved. "Oh, yes, I remember now," he says with a small smile. "I'm Kim Sunoo, it's nice to meet you." Jake is taken aback by Sunoo's beauty. He is stunning, with delicate features and a magnetic presence. He feels his heart beat faster as Sunoo smiles at him.

A bit flustered, Jake puts out his hand towards Sunoo, "I'm Sim Jake," he says, stuttering a bit. "I hope I didn't startle you. I just noticed your door was open and I wanted to check on you, you know, make sure you were alright."

Sunoo looks at Jake's outstretched hand and takes it in his own. "No, no, don't worry about it," he says, his voice soft and soothing. "I appreciate your concern. I'm fine, just a bit forgetful , I guess."

Jake nods, feeling a sense of relief. Sunoo's hand feels small and delicate in his own. He notices the smoothness of Sunoo's skin and the slender fingers. He feels a strange connection to this young man. Jake still holds Sunoo's hand, and they stand there in the room looking at each other for a moment. There is a sense of attraction between them, both of them can feel it.

Jake looks directly into Sunoo's eyes, mesmerized by their depth. He can't deny the attraction he feels towards him. "So, uhm, I just moved in next door," Jake says, still holding Sunoo's hand. "Do you live here alone?"

Sunoo finally pulls his hand away from Jake's grip and takes a step back, creating a bit of distance between them. "Yes, I live alone," he says, a hint of sadness in his voice. "I've been on my own for a while now."

Jake notices the change in Sunoo's tone and he wonders if there's more to the story. He feels a sudden urge to comfort Sunoo, to ask him more. "I'm sorry to hear that," Jake says, genuinely meaning it. "If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to knock on my door. I'm just next door."

Sunoo looks up at Jake and gives him a small smile, his sadness still there but he seems touched by Jake's kind words. "Thank you," he says quietly. "That's very nice of you." Jake doesn't want to push Sunoo further, so he decides to change the subject.
