Chapter 10

❥❥❥CALUM'S POV❥❥❥
I walked into the dinner hall searching for our group I smiled once seeing Margo was already sitting with Michael, Ashton and her two girl friends. After a very awkward conversation with Margo on why would Ashton lie we decided we would go get something to eat before we had to do the first activity of the day, I made my way over when someone grabbed my shoulder pulling me back
"watch it!" I snapped turning round to see Lacey with a hurt expression on her face to which I rolled my eyes at. Her long bleached hair was braided into a fishtail ending at her boobs which were spilling out of her crop top making me again roll my eyes, who would wear that to a school trip?
"Don't talk to your baby like that" she pouted, her hand going around the back of my neck
"you're not my baby Lacey" I corrected her stepping back so she would lose her grip, I really didn't want Margo seeing this I only wanted her but if she sees me with Lacey she'll think I still don't care about her.
"that's not what you were saying the other night" she smirked stepping closer and raising her voice slightly of course she wanted everyone to know about us hooking up
"why are you even here Lacey" I snapped just wanting her to go away
"you wouldn't answer my texts or calls I wanted to see what so fun that was distracting my boy from me"

❥❥❥MARGO'S POV❥❥❥

I laughed lightly at how desperate and whiny Lacey sounded as Calum kept backing away from her, the soul part of me wanted to run up to her and slap that stupid smirk off her face but the normal part of me reassured myself that by the looks of it Calum wasn't interested in Lacey and just wanted to get away.
"For the last time I'm not yours!" Boomed a voice making the whole hall go silent
"oh shit" whispered Ashton who was sitting next to me
"what do you mean?!" Lacey cried stomping her foot like a two year old
"I mean I used you for sex that's it and I don't even want that from you anymore so that's why I was ignoring your messages"
"oh double shit" giggled Rachel who was enjoying the morning drama
"you fuckboy!" Lacey screamed
"everyone knows that you were just fucking darling don't act so surprised" called Sam with a smirk on his face from the other side of the hall, Lacey had bullied him for years calling him a faggot and making fun of his dyslexia so it was safe to say this was the best moment of his life
"oh fuck off gay boy" she spat making Calum take a step forward, his jaw was clenched shut and his fist were in tight balls
"Ashton" I whispered nodding towards Calum and quickly standing up not sure what was about to happen
"oh crap" Ashton gasped quickly getting up too after seeing how angry Calum was but as I look to the others on the table both Amy and Michael were repeating Calum's actions looking like they were about to kill Lacey while Rachel looked like a rabbit in the head lights.
"Don't you dare call him that you bitch" hissed Calum his face inches from hers more people started standing up as I made my way to them both with Michael and Ashton closely following
"w-what" she gulped looking around for some sort of help
"I said don't you dare call him that you bitch" Calum repeated looking more angry by the second
"ha and why do you care so much all of a sudden" Lacey laughed obviously getting some courage from somewhere
"because he's my friend and you know how I feel about people hurting the ones I love" Calum hissed I looked over at Sam who was glowing from Calum's words if it was in a different situation I would of laughed at him looking like a kid on Christmas day but the funny side soon turned sour as my thoughts were interrupted by Lacey's next words
"they weren't your friends when you use to make fun of them" she laughed "what was it you use to call her" she stared at me grinning with amusement making Michael stand in front of me
"don't Lacey" Calum begged looking at me too almost like he was about to cry
"oh yeah nothing Margo" she sang making my heart ache of course he said that I thought shaking my head trying to stop the tears I will always be nothing to him
"don't Lacey" warned Michael shielding me more
"And what was it you use to say Mike?" She paused acting as if she was trying to think with a finger on her over glossed lips
"oh yeah you use to call her the weirdo with her nose always stuffed in a book" she laughed again Michael shot round to look at me as I felt a hot tear run down my cheek I always knew Calum thought nothing of me but not the other guys
"Margo I swear this was before I even knew you! I'm so sorry" Michael tried to grab my hand making me take a step back shaking my head as more tears came down I felt my back hit someone I turned around to see Rachel and Amy by my side looking pissed as ever.
"Oh and Luke's acting skills of each of those freaks was always amazing, go on Luke show us your Sam impression"
I looked over at Luke who had only walked in moments before he looked around really not knowing what was going on
"oh don't worry I have a video of it" Lacey pressed play and I closed my eyes not wanting to see it but instead all I could hear was Luke singing Your So Gay by Katy Perry at the top of his lungs and talking in a girl like voice.
"Right that's it bitch" snapped Amy I opened my eyes to see her running towards her and punching her right in the face making Lacey fall over in pain
"if any of you make fun of my friends or my brother again then I'll blind you all! Do you understand?!" She shouted making all the boys look down in shame, I felt Rachel tug at my arm making both of us walk towards the exist
"Rachel" Ashton called following making Rachel shake her head
"leave me alone Ash" she mumbled pulling me along again
"Mar?" He whispered
"I'm sorry Ashton" I whimpered letting Rachel take me away I know Ashton hadn't done anything but I still didn't want anything to do with them all and that included him
"stay away from us" Sam hissed looking like he had gone ten rounds in the ring from the pain expression on his face as he joined me and Rachel I turned round to see where Amy was to see she was still the middle of all the boys glaring at them, I made eye contact with Calum and honestly he did actually look as hurt as us, they all did but that doesn't mean what they have done was okay
"I'm so sorry Margo" Calum whispered making me shake my head as I carried on walking out the door to hear Lacey cry out in pain once again
"I kicked the bitch in the baby maker" Amy hissed finally joining us as we made our way to the lake.
