It was finally time. You were going to start the operation to save Eri.
It was nerve-wracking for sure, but nothing you couldn't handle. You had done multiple rescue operations before, so this one couldn't be too different from the rest.
You were prepared for everything that you thought could possibly be thrown at you.
At least, that's what you hoped.
"Now, heroes." The detective says, standing in front of the crowd, "Things could get violent quickly out there. If you encounter even a hint of suspicious behavior or resistance, call for help immediately! We're up against gangsters who've avoided capture until now. It is imperative that each of you carry out your respective assignments. And stay sharp in there!"
Your respective operation was to keep any villains occupied by shooting at them while also trying to save Eri.
It was a lot, but you knew that you could do it.
It was currently 8:30 AM, the time that this operation was meant to start.
Everyone was standing in front of the doors of the Hassaikai's main hideout, waiting for instructions.
"Once they've read the warrant, then you're free to move! I'm counting on everyone to act swiftly!" The detective informs you.
Rock Lock, however, was not having it, "What's with this guy? Over here actin' like we don't know our jobs."
"You know that's not what he means, Rock Lock." Fat Gum says, "Give it a rest."
You were standing next to Izuku, patiently waiting to enter the building.
You look at him, giving him a smile, "You excited? This is your first big mission!"
"Yeah, but I can't help but be a little nervous. What if something goes wrong?"
He totally jinxed it.
Not even a second after those words left his mouth, one of the villains punched down the door and the wall surrounding it.
"Whaddaya want? It's too early for visitors." He says, preparing himself for another punch, "That's good. I'm waking up a little."
You took this as your first sign that this operation was bound to go terribly wrong.
But it's not like you could back down now. There was a little girl in danger here.
You already started using your Quirk, but it seemed as though your bullets wouldn't do much against this villain.
That's when Ryukyu took it upon herself to activate her Quirk, transforming into her dragon form.
She stopped the villains punch, and began instructing everyone on what to do, "Listen to me. We shouldn't split up too many of our forces yet. The Ryukyu Agency will take care of this villain. The rest of you, go!"
