His face drooping down to the ground. His mumbles come less frequently. The mood in the room rushed from 'So happy to see you' to 'Just go'. He was supposed to be picking me up for another date in his rusty old pickup truck. I actually thought  his truck was cute because the stereotypes own sports cars. Anyways, he came with more than just a bouquet of flowers. Those flowers were goodbye flowers. He told me all about this other girl he met as she was working as a waitress.

" She asked me if I was single and I flat out told her no. But she wouldn't listen. She gave me the meal for free and hopped into my truck. We started talking and I got to know how cool she was. When we got to her street. She gave me her number and kissed me. I smiled and she left. Then when you called I was so ashamed to answer. I had just realized what stupid thing I just did. I'm sorry"

I teared up during his speech, and at the end, I full on cryed. " How-why-but-" I couldn't make it. I regret to have landed my head on his shoulder but he was the only one to comfort me. Think of how stupid that is. The problem is your solution.

" I feel-"

" Like hell?" I finished his sentence sobbing in anger.

"Yeah. Like hell" He said shamely.

"Why? Why did you go any further with her then?" I questioned him.

He admitted," The truth is, she reminded me of you. Pretty, funny, smart..."

" You're saying that out of pity."

"I'm not."

"How can I believe you?"

Before I could take another breath, his lips touched mine with force to prove he was innocent. I wanted to believe him but I just couldn't. How could you say yes to a cheater? But how could you say no to is passionateness? I pulled away and went with the first question.

" I'm sorry" were his last words before he left in his truck. He abandoned me in my front yard. I felt so alone. I fell to the ground and balled my eyes out.
