KOI NO YOKAN

CHAPTER TWENTY

 When we arrived at the place for the music fest, marami na agad tao. 'Yung iba nakilala ko agad kasi same people lagi nagpupunta sa mga ganitong music fest.

We always participate in this kind of festival kasi 'yung nakikita or naiipon sa mga tickets na binebenta for the people to join us for charities, were kind of big for the charities kaya naging favorite thing namin 'to.

Isa pa, we also love worship songs, and that's all you will hear throughout the fest, iba ibang artists and even bands magpe-perform and will just praise Him through songs, 'yung iba may mga kanya kanyang ginawang songs, 'yung iba more on coverings.

"Kakanta ka?" I asked kuiya Erreo when we spotted them, agad siyang hianndshake ni Jathen habang nakayakap na sa braso ko si Kweslin.

"Not today," kuya Erreo said and smiled, nanliit ang mga mata ko sa aura niya, he looks so soft today, umakbay siya kay Jathen na nakapamulsa habang nakatingin sa akin.

"What?" I asked and chuckled, he shook his head and pursed his lips.

"Sinundo mo?" kuya Erreo asked and shifted his eyes at him.

"Yup," Jathen answered.

"Nakita ka na ni Papa? Ano sabi?" he licked his lips and waited for his friend to answer who just kept staring at me, ngumuso ako at hindi nagsalita, shocks we don't need to tell them naman, wala naman bagong ganap, he just, he was just honest to Papa.

"Marami," Jathen finally answered and smiled widely and finally looked away from me at nagkwentuhan sila ni kuya Erreo.

"What happened?" umiling ako ng harapin ako ng pinsan ko.

"Wala," I smiled.

"Papa met him?" I nodded, and she just stared at me, trying to see through me, and said nothing.

She clicked her tongue and smiled and then shake her head, natigil lang ang pagtitig niya sa akin nung yakapin siya mula sa likod ni Peverelle, sa likod niya nakita ko na agad sila Fover, Scalsky, Hasten, Deroo, Croxell and Kaelen.

I sighed and smiled when they joined where we are currently standing, dumadami na rin mismo ang tao sa lugar at umiingay na rin.

"This is gonna be our first time here, I heard from Erreo that it's fun!" I smiled widely when I heard Pev, her eyes looked around the place and she had this big smile on her face.

"Masaya talaga, buti na lang nakapunta kayo!" Kweslin said and chuckled.

"Malakas kayo sa amin, eh." sagot ni Deroo and he smiled as well, Hasten stood beside me and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"I didn't know this was a thing here," I smiled and nodded at him.

"I always wish I could go to gatherings like this for the very first time, it hits differently when you haven't done it yet," sagot ko naman sa kanya.

"This feels different, okay lang kaya kahit wala kami masyadong alam na worship songs?" biro niya kasabay ng pagakbay sa kanya ani Fover.

"Nakakahiya naman sa bibig mong maraming alam sabihin na hindi magaganda, next time, we should start listening to songs that are beneficial to our soul." he said and smirked.

"Buti naman na-suggest mo, nasa bahay ka rin nakatira, 'di ba? Simulan mo." Deroo joined in and put his arm around Fover na napailing na lang.

"Manahimik kayo, pare-pareho lang tayong bago dito, promise, next time na maga-attend kami ng music fest alam na namin lahat ng songs." tawa ni Scalsky and then winked at me and waved a hand as a greeting, sumabay sa kanya si Croxell tapos sinundan ni Kaelen kaya natawa na ako.
