In class, Leeson finds himself sketching a wolf in his sketchbook, deeply absorbed in the task at hand.
Harry strikes up a conversation about the previous night's events.
Harry: Sick party last night, huh?
Leeson responds lazily, his mind elsewhere.
Leeson: Yeah, yeah, it was.Harry, sensing Leeson's lack of enthusiasm, tries to keep the conversation going.
Harry: You seemed a bit off last night, something bothering you?Leeson: I don't know, you're a nerd about mythology, what can you tell me about werewolves?
Harry, intrigued by Leeson's sudden interest in mythology, responds enthusiastically.
Harry: Well, I do have a thing for mythology, and as for werewolves, they're shapeshifting creatures who turn into wolves under the full moon. Why the sudden interest?Leeson: look all I'm gonna say is that something happened to me, I met this guy, he claims I shifted, whatever that means
Harry, realizing that he might have more insight than he initially thought, ponders the situation.
Harry: Well, if he said you 'shifted,' could it be that he was suggesting there's something... different about you? Perhaps something supernatural?Leeson, still processing the supernatural implications, responds skeptically.
Leeson: Supernatural in Blackwood? I highly doubt it.
Harry, seeking clarification, asks about their plans for the day.
Harry: Do we have practice today?
Leeson responds, mentioning his prior plans.
Leeson: I can't go. I'm meeting someone.Intrigued by Leeson's vagueness, Harry presses for more information.
Harry: Meeting who?
Leeson admits that he doesn't know but mentions that the person promised aid.
Leeson: I don't know, but he said he would help me.Harry, curious for more information, opens his laptop and starts searching.
Harry: Did this guy tell you his name?
Leeson responds with the name "Josh."
Harry types the name into his laptop and finds something noteworthy.
Harry: I think you might be onto something.Leeson's curiosity is piqued by Harry's statement.
Leeson: What do you mean? What did you find?
Harry, scanning through his search results, replies with a hint of excitement.
Harry: Well, I found something interesting when I searched the name "Josh." Apparently, there have been reports of a strange individual fitting his description around Blackwood for years, and they call him... "The Wolf Man."Harry continues his research, delving further into the history of Blackwood.
Harry: Back in 1835, the Anderson family house burned down, and the case was dismissed. Everyone died except one survivor...
He brings up a picture of a young boy in the newspaper article.
Harry: Josh Anderson.Harry's statement sparks a wave of curiosity and disbelief in Leeson.
Leeson looks at the picture in astonishment.
Leeson: Is it really him?Harry, questioning the wisdom of Leeson's decision, asks if he's still intent on meeting Josh.
Harry: You still wanna meet this guy?
Leeson expresses uncertainty.
Leeson: I don't know.Leeson, feeling a sudden onset of pain, urgently makes his way to the bathroom. Inside, he is horrified as he witnesses his transformation into a werewolf once more, happening right there in the middle of the boys' bathroom.
Harry is left speechless as he struggles to find the words to describe what he has just witnessed.
Leeson, recovering from the transformation, slowly gets up, still reeling from the pain. Harry, still in shock, utters a revelation.
Harry: It's true... You were bitten by a wolf.Harry, still processing the incredible situation, offers some advice to Leeson.
Harry: Maybe you should talk to that guy...
Leeson, still catching his breath, agrees and heads towards the school exit, only to come face to face with Kelsey.
