Love Game

There I was, minding my own business;

In fact, I wasn't doing anything, I confess.

A gamer, that's what I am;

Not those "kiddie" kind of games, damn.

More like MMOG, that's what it's called;

Been playing it since I was 16 years old.

You and I were both in the same "Pirate" team;

Never wanted to meet you, so it may seem.

Chatting and playing with the Pirates to my heart's content;

"Talking" with Dudes, whom I consider "Brothers", that's what I meant.

And there we were chatting and "flooding" the League Chat;

To you, "onewingedcrow" was where my attention's at.

I chatted some things to catch your attenton;

Well, not only you, but "some", I would mention.

We would sent each other sweet messages and cheesy lines;

Honestly speaking, I really thought it was signs.

I adored your charm and laughed at your humor;

So I told myself, I had to see you sooner.

I was so desperate for love and I thought you'd be that guy;

To love me for who I am and about it, wouldn't lie. 

We met (personally), we clicked, and we kissed;

Not a single moment, missed.

We held hands all thru that sweet night;

I wouldn't even let you out of my sight.

But then, it was too good to be true;

For it was all a game to you!

You played with my feelings, and left me for no good reason;

Still, I was stupid enough to contct you on and on!

And so, a lesson learned in the crazy world of Gaming's Name;

"What happens in the game, STAYS IN THE GAME!"
