Synopsis

After accepting a case transfer from a friend and fellow agent, Aniah Blaine gets assigned to the infamous Winter Soldier in SHIELD's last attempt to make him their agent instead of their prisoner.

Even though he's untrusting and stubborn and a bit of an ass on the rare occasion he decides to speak in more than one-worded sentences, Aniah has never been a quitter. She's determined to break down his walls, one by one, and coax out the man hiding behind them.

What happens when the line between co-workers and lovers blur? When she finds herself falling for the man she's gotten to know beyond personal files and missions? Does she let herself love him, or does she keep her profession away from her heart?
