"Okay, Engenes, let's make this the best ENHYPEN fan club meeting ever!" I beamed at my fellow members, my heart pounding with excitement. As the president of the ENHYPEN fan club at Seoul National University, I lived and breathed everything ENHYPEN. My room was a shrine to them, my phone wallpaper was a collage of their faces, and my playlist was on repeat.
My favorite member? Heeseung, of course. His angelic vocals, his charming smile, his kind eyes – he was everything I dreamed of in a man.
Today's meeting was particularly special. We were celebrating ENHYPEN's latest comeback, and I had planned a special surprise for the members: a video message from one of our favorite YouTubers.
As I launched into my introduction, a commotion erupted at the back of the room. Heads turned, whispers flew, and my heart skipped a beat. Standing awkwardly at the doorway was a tall, handsome young man with a familiar smile.
"Heeseung?" I whispered, my voice trembling.
He looked around, his eyes widening in surprise. "Y/N? Is that you?"
My jaw dropped. Heeseung, my crush, the one and only Heeseung, was standing right there, in my fan club meeting. And he knew me!
"What are you doing here?" I stammered, my mind reeling.
"I'm... I'm a student here," Heeseung mumbled, his cheeks turning a faint shade of pink. "I just wanted to see what your fan club was like."
Heeseung, my idol, my crush, was a student at my university? This was a dream come true… or was it a nightmare?
