Shannon's POV

I wake up with a pounding headache wondering what happened last night. 

Oh right, Alex's party.... And that hot blonde boy took me home named... What was his name.....OH YA Niall! I wonder if ill ever see him again. He was so sweet to take me home. But where is he? Oh well I better forget about him..But kinda hope he sees me again. No what am I saying!!! Why do I have to have so many mixed feelings!!

I annoyingly look at my clock on my bedside table.

"Oh crap! I'm gunna be late to work!" It was 8:15 and work started at 8:45! I only have 30 minutes!! I don't even have a car!!

I rush into my clothes and sloppily do my hair in a fishtail braid down the side. Quickly I take a Advil (I'm not sure what you call pain killers for headaches but here in America we call them Advil) and rush out of my door and grab my bike. I quickly make my way to the mall.

The whole mall was bustling with people. I fastly lock up my bike and run to fashion Express.

I finally make it to the store "8:43, oh thank god I'm not late" I mumble under my breath

I start working and helping customers. I get off work at noon. So I had around 3 hours left. Just then I see a boyish figure walk in the store doors. Finally maybe some cute entertainment. But we normally don't have boy customers so I go to help him shop.

"Hi, welcome to Fashion Express is there anything I can-" I was cut short it was Niall, surely the person I wasn't expecting to see

"Oh hi um I wanted to say hi." Niall says with a sheepish smile his blue eyes sparkling.

Geeze, I just met this guy and he's already coming to my work and saying hi like we're best friends. Maybe I'm overreacting but this is weird, I thought I would never see my knight in shinning armor again.....but I did give him my number. Still, he shouldn't be here.

"Hi Niall, I'm how did you know I worked here?" I asked questionly obviously not remembering the conversation In his car last night.

"Don't you remember beautiful?" I shake my head signaling that I didn't remember "during when I took you home from your friend Alex's house you told me.....remember?" He asked with hurt in his eyes, his beautiful blue eyes.

Then it hits me. "Oh ya um thanks for taking me home yesterday. I wasn't myself." I said referring to the kiss with my eyes finding interest in my blue converse

"Oh ok." Niall says with sadness in his voice. "Shannon keep your head up, your beautiful." He says as he gently nudges my head up with his hand.

His hand was so soft. I caught myself staring at Niall.

"You like what you see?" Niall says chuckling while gesturing to himself

"Oh um.." I stutter immediately blushing at his comment putting my head down once again

"Shannon! Stop lagging around! Get back to work!" My manager snaps her face angry

"Oh um sorry Niall I got to go...sorry."

"It's ok I'll text you later, beautiful" Niall replies with a cheaky smile

Niall stares at me while I walk away and when I'm out of sight he leaves.

What the heck is going on! Why is Niall being wierd! Why did he say he wanted to "see" me later. Um I kinda like it, I guess....no! What am I saying I can't like him, I just met him! And why did i give him my number?! Gosh This is so messed up!
