He had a brief idea on what L/n meant when she said they'd see each other again.

This was due to Gojo sending him back to Lulu bakery to pick him up some more of that mochi he loves so dearly.

And, again Fushiguro was not fond of this new development.

But against his better judgement Fushiguro walked the road towards Lulu bakery. He could be spending his time better than this, for example, excorsising curses.

His train of thought cuts short as he enters the shop, a bell ringing and the scent of bread and chocolate hitting him once again.

This time though, he did not go up to the counter immediately. Why?

There was a line, and a long one. Not a problem of course, but Fushiguro already didn't want to be here.

He stood awkwardly next to the door and waited for the line to shorten.

Or he would have.

As soon as he stopped moving, someone walked in and recognized him.

"Oh! Fushiguro, you're back already?"

"Oh, yeah. Hello L/n."

L/n smiled at him, like they did last time.

"Lucky you, I just came in for my shift. I'll get those- oh. Oh my."

Their sentence was cut short as their gaze drifted towards the long line.

Fushiguro watched as L/n's brows furrowed.

"...Yuri must be on duty. Ah, sorry Fushiguro but I need to take care of these people first."

Fushiguro simply nodded as he watched L/n walk off to do her job.

That should be me doing my job...He thought bitterly. He tskd at the fact Gojo sent him on an errand.

Oh well, he can't do much about it now anyways.

Again, he simply watched the line, which was getting significantly shorter as time went on. Probably due to L/n. They seemed very irritated learning someone named Yuri was on duty, but whatever. It wasn't his business.

Once the line had gotten to about two people, he stepped up and waited again.

He was getting tired of waiting.

But finally, he was brought to the face of L/n.

"Hello." He said.

They held out a small box with the label of the bakery on it, and Fushiguro raised an eyebrow.

"You got the order already? And new boxes?"

"Mhm. I've had it ready. I was just waiting for the line to end. Oh, and the boxes came in yesterday."

Fushiguro simply nodded while taking the box and digging into his pocket for the payment.

"Oh, could you say hello to Kugisaki and Itadori for me?"

The dark haired male withdrew his hand with the payment in it.

"How do you know about them?"

"Oh right, I didn't explain much yesterday did I?"

They look behind Fushiguro, probably checking for any customers.

"Well," They started, "Remember how I said it wouldn't be the last time I see you? It's from experience. I've worked here for a few months and there was always this peculiar white haired guy that always came in and ordered a bunch."

L/n checked behind Fushiguro again before continuing.

"Well, a while after he stopped coming. In his stead, he sent a bunch of kids my age. Itadori, Kugisaki, and now you. I've gotten to know both of them, and I'd say we're friends."

Fushiguro didn't doubt a word they said. It sounded like a very Gojo thing to do.

He hummed slightly and handed L/n the payment, about to be off on his way.

"Don't forget, tell them I said hi! Have a good day, Fushiguro. Be safe."

He reminded himself to tell Kugisaki and Itadori hello on their behalf as the bell jingled and the door shut behind him.
