Kamala Devi Harris born in California(Oakland) on October 20, 1964, (59 years old).
She has Indian and Jamaican roots.
She is known because she was the first woman or the first black woman in many offices.
Kamala's mother emigrated to America at the age of 19, she raised Kamala and Maya alone.
Kamala grow up in a middle class household and in her youth she had a job in MacDonalds.
Kamala studied politics and economics at Howard University for Blacks in Washington D.C. and is still a proud member of the sorority and visits it frequently.
