Danica's POV :
Hi, i'm Danica. I just turned 16 and now entering my first year as a junior. I know, overwhelming right? I just moved schools across the country from Malabon to Manila, nakakatakot. I don't know the environment here, how will I adapt? Do I still know how to commute? Is it the same here from Malabon to Manila?— Honestly, 'di ko na alam. First time ko lang dito sa gantong school, I hope nobody gives me a hard time on my first week of scho—
"Danica, Angel! Aalis na tayo ano na kayo jan!?" Out of all the things that could change hindi pa nagbago ang sigaw ng tatay ko na bumaba na kami because— "Malalate na tayo ano ba!".

Narrators POV :
Danica waves goodbye to her Dad and looks up at the entrance of her new All Girls School, Academy of the Philippines. Baduy diba? She finally walks in and takes her first steps to tap her ID on their entrance, as soon as she taps her ID bigla nalang nag ring yung bell— "Sh1t." Danica murmured under her breath. There isn't a single student in the halls except— for Danica. Danica already late trying to find her classroom by looking at a small piece of paper that the register gave her when she enrolled.
She's finally found her classroom! 11-Honesty, papasok na siya and she places her hand on the door knob until may nakasabay sya.

Danica and the girl locked eyes, not even 4 seconds passed until the girl swatted Danica's hand away and rolled her eyes at Danica. Nudging Danica's bag on the way in, the classroom looks back at the back door and Danica's still standing there. She walks in and closes the door.
"Ma'am, I'm sorry po for being late. I'm a new student." Danica explains politely to the teacher and hands her a letter written by her Dad explaining that she's new to this environment bla-bla-bla— the teacher places it on her desk and signs Danica to sit down. "Iha, not there. Sit over there beside Ms. Tan who i'm very glad to see attended orientation."
Tan? Who's Tan? Danica wonders, she looks around and sees that the teacher was pointing at the girl that nudged her earlier, the girl replies with "Over here newbie!" The girl smiles at her. Danica doesn't know whether it's a smile of genuine delight or she's plotting something. "The name's Anaya, so you're a newbie—" Danica interrupts her by responding with "Oo, newbie ako. From Malabon to Manila." Danica firmly states, trying to make sure that Anaya knows she's not just a newbie, you know?
