It had been a long day for Y/N, and the silence in Zalgo's office weighed on her like a storm cloud. The dim light from his desk lamp cast shadows over his face, making his expression unreadable as she sat across from him. She tried not to fidget, but her heart raced. She wasn't one to be easily intimidated, but Zalgo had a way of making even the most confident person feel small.

"You know why you're here," he said, his voice low and deliberate.

Y/N swallowed hard, nodding slightly but not saying a word. She had been dreading this meeting for days, ever since she got caught up in whatever business Zalgo had with Jungkook. She didn't want to be involved, but somehow, she was tangled in webs she never meant to touch.

Zalgo leaned forward, eyes gleaming in the dim light. "I need information on Jungkook's next shipment," he stated flatly.

Y/N froze. That was the last thing she wanted to be involved in. She knew how dangerous it could be. Hesitation flashed in her eyes, and Zalgo saw it.

Sensing her reluctance, he got up from behind his desk and walked toward her. His shoes clicked softly against the floor, and every step made her heart race faster. He leaned in close, his lips dangerously near her ear as he whispered, "This is an order, darling, not a request."

She turned her head slightly, her breath catching in her throat. "Maintain your distance, Mr. Zalgo," she said, her voice more steady than she felt inside.

Zalgo chuckled softly, but the sound held no warmth. Suddenly, she felt the cold edge of a knife at her neck. He wasn't joking.

"Don't disobey me," he growled, his voice turning sharp and icy. "Our enemy is the same, which makes us partners. So, I need you to cooperate. I expect nothing less from you, Y/N."

Her breath hitched as she felt the blade press lightly against her skin. She gulped, the tension nearly choking her, but nodded slowly. She had no choice. If she refused, it would be more than just her neck on the line.

Later, at home, Y/N couldn't shake the chill of his words or the touch of the knife. Her mind raced as she sat alone in her dark living room, waiting for the right time. She didn't want to betray Jungkook, but she was trapped. There was no way out of this, at least not yet.

The hours dragged on until evening came. After the last of the staff left the house, Y/N cautiously checked each room, making sure no one was lurking in the shadows. Once she was certain the house was empty, she slipped into Jungkook's office. Her hands trembled as she rifled through his documents, feeling the weight of her betrayal with every passing second. She knew what she was doing was wrong, but Zalgo's threats echoed in her mind.

At last, she found what she was looking for—details about the shipment. Relief washed over her as she slipped the papers into her bag. Just as she turned to leave, she heard the unmistakable sound of the front door closing.

Her heart nearly stopped. Jungkook was home.

Y/N rushed to the kitchen, trying to appear casual as she quickly prepared dinner. She had barely set the table when Jungkook walked in. His eyes met hers for a brief moment, and something unspoken passed between them. She could feel it. He knew something was off, but he didn't say anything.

Y/N quickly excused herself and retreated to her room, her pulse pounding in her ears. She thought she was in the clear. But a few moments later, there was a knock at her door. Jungkook entered without waiting for a response.

"I need to inform you about something," he said, his voice unusually tense.

Y/N looked up at him, her heart racing. "What is it?" she asked, trying to keep her voice steady.
