Nooo Sunoo's looking like a tiny baby besides Riki (≧﹏ ≦)
The library's vast space is quiet and calming, a serene retreat for students buried in their books and laptops. Riki, popular jock and captain of the school's basketball team, walks in with his eyes glued to his phone, oblivious to his surroundings. He looks around for an empty table to study, his fingers typing a message to one of his teammates.
Sunoo, the introverted nerd who's more interested in video games and academics than socializing, finds an empty table in a remote corner of the library. He arranges his books neatly on a table, ready to start his study session. As he takes out his laptop , he looks up and notices Riki entering the library, his imposing presence drawing all eyes towards him.
Riki makes his way through the maze of bookshelves, his eyes scanning the room for an empty spot. He eventually notices Sunoo sitting in the corner, his face buried in a book. Riki smirks to himself, thinking how out of place Sunoo looks in the sea of athletes, cheerleaders, and partygoers that dominate their college.
As he gets closer to Sunoo's table, Riki notices that the only available seat is next to the solitary nerd. He decides to take the chance and sit down, not wanting to bother looking for another spot. He drops his bag on the floor and stretches out his legs, brushing against Sunoo's foot by accident.
Sunoo jolts in surprise as he feels his foot being bumped by something. He looks up and sees Riki, grinning sheepishly. Sunoo's face flushes with embarrassment, but he quickly composes himself, not wanting to draw too much attention.
"Sorry about that," Riki says, his voice light and casual. "Didn't mean to invade your personal space. Mind if I sit here?" Sunoo blinks in surprise, feeling a mix of annoyance and curiosity. "No, it's fine," he responds, trying to keep his voice steady. "Please, go ahead."
"Thanks," Riki replies, his eyes sparkling as he notices the nervous and cute mannerism of the other boy. Sunoo hesitates for a moment, but then goes back to his book, trying to ignore the presence of the imposing basketball player sitting next to him.
As Riki opens his laptop, his eyes keep wandering towards Sunoo, taking in the delicate features of the boy's face. Sunoo can feel his gaze upon him, but he keeps his focus on the book, not wanting to engage with Riki any more than necessary.
Sunoo, engrossed in his work, is oblivious to Riki's intentions. He's laser-focused on his assignment, typing away with a fierce determination. Riki can't help but be amused by the contrast between Sunoo's studious demeanor and his own carefree attitude. He decides to play a little prank, trying to disrupt Sunoo's concentration.
Riki leans back in his chair, stretching his arms out. His hand "accidentally" bumps against the keyboard of Sunoo's laptop, pressing a random button and causing a sudden, loud sound to emit from the device. Sunoo jumps in his seat, startled, his eyes wide with shock. He looks over at Riki, who's trying to hold back a laugh.
"Oops, my bad," Riki says, feigning innocence. "Sorry about that. You know how clumsy I can be." Sunoo can't help but roll his eyes, feeling frustration and annoyance welling up inside. "Ugh, can you please be more careful?" Sunoo snaps, his voice laced with irritation. "You almost made me lose progress on my assignment with that loud noise." Sunoo tries to focus on his work once more, but finds it difficult due to the presence of the restless Riki next to him.
Riki chuckles, clearly enjoying the reaction he got from Sunoo. "Sorry, man, didn't mean to mess with your flow." He smiles apologetically, but there's a glint in his eye that suggests otherwise. Sunoo can tell that Riki is trying to provoke a reaction, but he decides to ignore him, not wanting to give into his antics. He adjusts his headphones, blocking out the background noise, and tries to concentrate on his task once more. However, every time Riki makes a sound, even a simple tapping of his fingers on the table, Sunoo's annoyance grows.
