It was the first day of Spring. The flower had just bloomed the day before. It was said, that the Gherkin flower had the power to heal any two people from disease, and provide them with a longer, healthier life.
It just happened all too fast. Sir Reiner dashed down the stairs while the Queen shouted from the balcony.
"Stop!"
But it was too late. The son of Jerry and Orna Liptucious, Percy, had picked and eaten the flower.
By the time Sir Reiner had gotten down the stairs, three-year-old Percy had consumed the whole flower.
Sir Reiner and Queen Trinidad barely resisted walking over there and choking Percy. Although, they acted like nothing happened, deep down, revenge was the only thing that crossed their minds.
