1] A New Beginning

It was a fresh morning at the apartment where the sun's light shined through the curtains at the living room leaving a nice warmth setting in a quiet morning. It was around 7:07am in the morning, clear blue sky and no clouds in sight to ruin a new day that'll be full of discovery.

I woke up feeling well rested, now that I'm in a new apartment I feel more comfortable and relaxed than the previous one. I sat up rubbing my eyes to adjust to the lighting after a few minutes I got up from bed, stretching my arms letting out a loud yawn. Soon I heard my phone ring.

"Hmph." I groaned, glancing at my night stand where my phone was charging so I tapped it to see a notification from Minji.

'Sunji, what time do you want the interview? I told my boss about you and she loved you to work as a software engineer under. Also I got something to ask you 😚'

I scoffed dryly but chuckled quietly to myself and unplugged the phone from the cable unlocking my phone so I can reply back. 'Ask what about tomorrow? I want to hurry this up so I can get this over with, if she can though. And what's with the question? Don't tell me you want me to do something ridiculous.' I typed out before sending. After a bit the little dots appear which means she's typing by now...

'She said she can! Also that the meeting will be scheduled at 1:50pm since she also has a meeting before this one and no it isn't ridiculous but it does involve with handsome men!~' I read, oh gosh I can only guess which of the men she's talking about. There's many ways of how this woman is a hopeless romantic yet people find her mysterious when this is all she is, but this girl is best friend since day one in the womb. 'Alrighty, tell her I said I can and thank you for her time too. Tell me about the stupid surprise once I'm actually working there 😭 it's too early to be hearing nonsense and I need to unpack still for my office setup in the room.' I replied back.

She then replied.
'Lameee 😞 alrighty then I'll let her know and I'll tell you about the surprise once you get here, love youuu <33'
After a bit of texting I then put the phone down and went to my closet opening the door to find some clothes to wear, I decided to go with the theme comfy since it is the first day of staying here. I put on a cute white crop top shirt that is silky and fitted showing my curve and supple skin with some sweatpants that are light grey, I placed my pajamas on my bed once I left my closet to the bathroom to freshen up.

Time skip

Got my hair up, brush teeth, and did skin care. Now that I'm finished I left the bathroom heading to my room to put on my Ugg's, grabbing my purse; keys, glasses, pepper spray and AirPod pros in it too before leaving the house. I grabbed my keys from my purse to lock the front door heading downstairs and stairs before exiting the apartment before being greeted by the bright sun outside and a nice breeze from the wind which felt relaxing as I let myself have a moment before continue walking. Starbucks, shouldn't be too far from here anyways.

I need coffee so damn bad right now.
