Minji spent the rest of the morning working on her plan, making sure every detail was flawless. She crafted false documents and planted evidence meticulously, her fingers flying over the keyboard as she created a digital trail that would lead the police straight to Hanni's parents. Every detail had to be perfect; there could be no room for mistakes.By the time Hanni woke up, Minji had finished the groundwork. She shut her laptop and glanced over at Hanni, who was sitting up in bed, rubbing her eyes sleepily. Minji's heart softened at the sight, a rush of affection sweeping through her. Hanni was everything to her, and now she would make sure no one could ever come between them again.
"Good morning," Minji said softly, crossing the room to sit beside Hanni. She reached out, tucking a strand of hair behind Hanni's ear. "How did you sleep?"
Hanni leaned into the touch, a small, contented smile spreading across her lips. "Better, I guess. Just tired." She looked up at Minji, her eyes filled with trust. "Is everything okay?"
Minji nodded, taking Hanni's hand in hers. "Yes, everything's fine. I've been thinking, though. About us, and how we can protect each other." She hesitated for a moment, searching Hanni's gaze. "I have a plan, Hanni. A plan that will keep us safe."
Hanni frowned slightly, tilting her head. "What kind of plan?"
Minji took a deep breath. This was the moment of truth. She needed Hanni to understand, to see that this was the only way they could be together without anyone coming after them. "You know how your parents have been trying to find you, right? And how there's that investigator on our trail?"
Hanni nodded, her expression darkening at the mention of her parents. "Yeah, they won't leave us alone. They're trying to ruin everything."
Minji squeezed her hand gently. "Exactly. So I thought, what if we made it impossible for them to keep looking? What if we made it so they couldn't hurt us anymore?" She paused, watching Hanni's face carefully. "I've found a way to frame them for my mother's murder. If we make it look like they're guilty, the police will go after them instead of us. They'll be too busy defending themselves to come after us."
Hanni's eyes widened, and for a moment, she just stared at Minji in shock. Then, slowly, a smile spread across her face. "You're serious? You really think we can do that?"
Minji nodded, a fierce determination in her eyes. "Yes. I've already started planting the evidence. We can leak the information to the police, and once they start investigating, it'll be over for your parents. They'll be discredited, and no one will believe anything they say about you."
Hanni's smile grew wider, a look of admiration and something close to awe in her eyes. "Minji, that's... that's amazing. You're amazing." She threw her arms around Minji, hugging her tightly. "I knew you'd find a way to protect us. You're so smart."
Minji hugged her back, relief flooding through her. Hanni understood. Hanni trusted her. "I'll do anything for you, Hanni. I promise, no one will ever take you away from me."
Hanni pulled back, her eyes shining with excitement. "What do we need to do?"
Minji smiled, brushing her thumb over Hanni's cheek. "I just need you to help me leak the information to the right people. We'll make an anonymous tip to the police, and then we'll sit back and watch everything fall into place."
Hanni nodded eagerly, her hands gripping Minji's tightly. "I'm ready. I'll do whatever you need."
Minji felt a surge of pride as she looked at Hanni. This was exactly what she'd hoped for. Hanni was on her side, completely. "Okay. Let's get started."
