Chapter Thirty Nine- Revealing Traitor

The atmosphere was tense as Isaac and Catherine stood outside The Legion's base, watching the men gather, their expressions a mix of apprehension and defiance. Tony positioned chairs for the group, ensuring they were all seated. The air was thick with uncertainty as whispers circulated among the men about what was unfolding.

As everyone settled, Catherine exchanged a knowing glance with Isaac. "Let's show them what we've prepared," she said, her voice calm yet commanding.

With a swift motion, she activated the bomb that had been cleverly disguised beneath each chair. The room fell silent, eyes widening in fear. "Viktor, I hope you understand the stakes now," Catherine began, a hint of a smile on her lips. "You're not just dealing with an intruder situation; you're facing a strategic initiative."

Viktor, visibly shaken, managed to maintain his composure. "How do you know who the intruders are?" he asked, his voice betraying a hint of worry.

Catherine smirked. "I've implemented a little Italian game, one you may be familiar with." Gasps echoed around the room as the men exchanged glances. They all knew of the brutal game, infamous among the mafia for its merciless elimination of traitors.

Isaac stepped forward, revealing an instrument associated with the game—a cold, gleaming tool that sent shivers through the audience. "This instrument isn't just for show. It's a tool for ensuring loyalty. You see, in this game, only the strongest and most loyal will survive."

The tension escalated, with Viktor's expression shifting from disbelief to awe. "You've got guts, Catherine. But I'm not afraid of a little game."

Catherine leaned closer, her eyes glinting with determination. "Then let's see how loyal your men really are. If they want to survive, they'll have to prove it."

As the realization sank in, the Legion men shifted uneasily in their seats, each one acutely aware of the explosives beneath them and the impending challenge that would determine their fate. The game was on, and Catherine was ready to remind them why they had underestimated her in the first place.

Catherine stood confidently, a palpable tension filling the room as she prepared to expose the deep, dark secrets of The Legion family. "Let the game begin," she declared, her voice echoing ominously.

As she started revealing confidential information—about betrayals, hidden dealings, and unspoken alliances—fear gripped the men. Whispers of disbelief spread through the group, each secret landing like a heavy blow. "You thought your skeletons were buried deep, but it seems they're ready to dance in the light," she continued, locking eyes with Viktor, who was now visibly sweating.

"First secret: Viktor's deal with the rival mafia to undermine your own," she stated, watching as Viktor's face paled. "Oh yes, they're just waiting for the perfect moment to strike." The men shifted uncomfortably, glancing at Viktor as panic spread among them.

"Next, let's discuss your financial discrepancies. You've been skimming off the top for years, haven't you? The cash flows are all traced back to your private accounts." The realization hit the men like a freight train, and Catherine could see the doubt start to seep into their loyalty.

Viktor's frustration boiled over. "You're bluffing!" he shouted, but his voice lacked conviction.

Catherine only smiled, unfazed. "Am I? Why don't we find out?" She gestured to Isaac, who stepped forward, holding the instrument menacingly. "This is where the fun begins. Each of you will have a chance to confess your own secrets. Do it voluntarily, or we will have to make it... more interesting."
