Basking in the glory of the morning sun, in the serene valley of Mahapura hills, situated on the banks of river Nikita, stood the majestic and enchanting palace of Anantpuram. The lush green garden, adorned with the most precious and rare flora, home to some of the most magnificent trees was witnessing the cries of a young girl. Sitting under the tree near a swing set, clutching her ankle between her small, tender palms and wiping away her tears with the back of her other hand, Siya couldn't bring herself to calm down. Her chest was heaving with uneven breaths and loud cries emerged from her tiny little mouth. Raghav was sitting at a little distance under the Prajakta tree, fully engrossed in drawing careful, intricate designs on paper, focusing solely on the work in his hand. Hearing Siya sobbing he immediately came out of his trance and his head shot up in her direction. Panic raced through his heart, and he left whatever he was doing and ran in her direction.
"Siya, are you okay? What happened? Where does it hurt?", asked Raghav, his eyes showing a mix of concern, hurt, and fear.
"Ra...raghhav.. ahhh.. itt..hurtsss.. ", Siya managed to speak in between her sobs.
Raghav shot a glance towards Rudra, his gaze full of anger and irritation.
"I told you to be careful, you are the elder one amongst them. Why did you have to swing her so fast? Look now! I swear Rudra if you weren't my best friend I would have smacked your head on the wall in an instant.", Raghav yelled at a very scared-looking Rudra.
"I WAS careful. She insisted. She kept saying faster, faster, higher, higher. I warned her but she said she can handle it.", Rudra tried explaining, although he was feeling bad about Siya getting hurt. After all, she is his beloved sister.
"So what? She doesn't know what she can or cannot handle. She's just a kid. You should've known better.", Raghav retorted.
"I too am just a kid. You talk like you are an adult like Baba sa", Rudra said getting irritated by Raghav's deadly glares.
"Shut up! I am not an adult, but I am also not an idiot", Raghav retorted.
Siya watching Raghav and Rudra arguing momentarily forgot about her pain and started looking at them with intrigue.
Raghav shifted his attention back to Siya and started inspecting her ankle for injuries.
"Siya, is it hurting a lot", Raghav asked in the softest tone his eyes filled with concern.
"No Raghav, I guess I am ok now.", Siya mumbled in a low, unsure voice."
Hearing all the commotion their caretaker Malti Mai came running towards the kids along with Preeti, Raghav's sister. She had just left the kids for a minute, running after Preeti while she chased a cat. And they managed to create a mess in just a minute.
"Hukum, what happened? Why is Siya baisa crying?", asked Malti, concern evident in her voice.
"She fell from the swing set and hurt her ankle. Can you call baba sa Malti mai?"
"Yes yes hukum, right away."

Siya was laying on the bed being examined by a doctor, surrounded by her family. Raghav sat beside Sudha, Siya's mother, concern evident on his face. Rudra stood beside them feeling guilty and equally concerned, and Preeti was busy devouring a chocolate bar completely disinterested in anything that was happening around her.
