Hero internships were coming up and Izuku had no idea who he was going to intern under. Gran Torino wasn't an option this year as he was away on some type of vacation, which Izuku was grateful for, that old man was too spry for a man his age. And most of the pros that had requested him didn't have anything of value to teach him, according to All Might, he would accept every single one if he could.

"Why not join young Bakugou and Todoroki at the Endeavor agency?" All Might asked looking through all the requests Izuku had. Izuku raised a brow looking over his paper at the skeletal man, "It would be quite the two weeks."

Izuku already knew All Might had decided for him, he would be going with Kacchan and Shoto.

Izuku met up with Shoto and Katsuki at the train station costume case in hand, Shoto smiled at him when he walked up while Katsuki just rolled his eyes. Shoto was on the phone talking quietly, "Yes, our train will be here in 15 minutes, mhm, about a 45-minute ride, alright we'll meet you there." Izuku guessed he was talking to Endeavor arranging their meeting. He set his case down between his feet settling on the bench next to Katsuki. Shoto handed him a small coffee cup still on the phone, Izuku took a sip tasting warm chocolate, and grinned up at Shoto with a silent 'thank you'. "Ok, we'll see you soon, bye."

Shoto hung up the phone and took the spot next to Izuku sipping on his own coffee. It was a chilly autumn day leaving the trio to bundle up over their UA uniforms, Izuku had a dark scarf wrapped around his neck while Shoto and Katsuki wore scarves of their own. Soon enough their train pulled into the station and the boys climbed on securing their duffel bags in the overhead of their compartment before getting comfy. Izuku and Shoto settled onto one bench seat while Katsuki took up the other, Izuku threw his feet onto Shoto's lap and leaned his head against the window.

"Your dad better live up to my expectations, I will leave if he doesn't." Katsuki huffed crossing his arms.

"I assure you, my father is a good teacher Bakugou," Shoto responded, his voice quiet as it usually was.

Katsuki rolled his eyes and looked out the window, Izuku lightly nudged Shoto's thigh with his foot catching the dual-color-eyed boy's attention. "I'm excited to work with your dad, All Might said it's going to be quite the experience."

"I'm glad," Shoto murmured with a small quirk of his lips. The rest of the train ride was spent in comfortable silence with the occasional gasp of Izuku as he pointed out farm animals they passed in the grass filled valleys between cities. When the train slowed to a stop at their station Shoto stood and grabbed his and Izuku's bag, handing the smaller boy his bag. Izuku accepted his bag tossing it over his shoulder and reaching for his costume case. "My father should be waiting for us," Shoto noted motioning towards the door once everyone had their bags.

Katsuki left the compartment first, gripping onto Izuku's scarf as he pushed through the crowd of people, Izuku's eyes widened stumbling over his own feet. He gripped Shoto's hand after straightening himself out tugging him along. Their impromptu conga line exited the train quickly with only a few curses and trips along the way.

"Alright, where's your dad?" Katsuki grunted letting go of Izuku's scarf, Shoto scanned the large crowd pointing when he noticed the tall figure of his father. Izuku was nervous to meet Endeavor, well meet him again, they'd met a few times and exchanged a few words when permitted but they had yet to properly meet.

Shoto lead them towards the towering figure standing out among the rest of the crowd, Izuku noticed he was wearing civilian clothing rather than his hero costume, adorning jeans, a black turtleneck, and a brown jacket with a folded black collar. Endeavor looked down at the trio silently surveying them before his lips quirked. Izuku watched his face, icy eyes peering at each of them, Izuku took note that his scar ran from his hairline down to his chin.

"Glad to see the three of you made it in one piece." He offered, Katsuki scoffed shoving his hands in his pockets. Izuku didn't react, stuck on the fact that even though he went through a growth spurt he was barely up to Endeavor's shoulders. "Come, the car is waiting." Without waiting Endeavor turned and walked away from the trio.

"I forgot how tall your dad is," Izuku whispered to Shoto as they followed Endeavor through the crowded station. People parted as Endeavor walked forward, emitting an aura of power and coldness as he glared at anyone who dared to stand in his path. Izuku wished he had the power to do that. Shoto hummed, he'd never really noticed, he'd grown up around Enji so it wasn't anything new that he was taller than most.

"Quit whispering nerd," Katsuki hissed bumping shoulders with Izuku, Izuku scrunched his nose at him in defiance.

Endeavor glanced over his shoulder at the trio finally checking to make sure they were following. The three boys made quite the trio, Bakugou was explosive (no pun intended) and unashamed, Shoto was quiet opting to stay out of the squabbles the other two got into, and Midoriya, well he hadn't figured him out just yet. Walking up to their chauffeur Endeavor stopped and turned around.

"Put your bags and cases in the trunk," he motioned to the open trunk before moving to get into the passenger seat.

Izuku was happy to get out of the stuffy overpacked car, he was pushed into the middle seat by Katsuki leaving him crammed between him and Shoto. Endeavor was almost comically too large for the passenger seat, his knees pressed against the dash and his hair grazing the roof leaving Izuku to wonder why he didn't get a bigger car.

Izuku almost tumbled out onto the curb when Katsuki shoved him out the door, he straightened himself up and stood before Endeavor with Shoto. "Welcome, to Endeavor Agency!" Endeavor announced with a large grin motioning to the large dark building behind him. Izuku looked at the towering building in awe, even though he'd had his hero license and was technically a pro hero he'd still never get used to the idea he was allowed to go into agencies and not just look at them.

Endeavor invited them in, explaining how the agency ran and who everyone they saw were. Izuku was walking behind him in silent awe, looking out all the large windows and into different meeting rooms. He met and shook hands with different pros who worked under Endeavor, even though he was in awe Katsuki could care less, even going as far as growling at one of the younger pros that tried to introduce herself. Izuku pinched his arm and shot him a disapproving glare for that one.

They made their way to their final stop, Endeavor's office. Stepping inside the large oak doors Izuku was greeted with the smell of old papers and drying ink, there were worn leather couches that they were instructed to sit on. Izuku sunk into the cushion, the larger-sized couch almost swallowing him whole.

"This will be where we meet every morning to go over the days assignments." Endeavor informed crossing his arms over his chest as he stood in front of his desk, silently commanding the attention of the trio seated on his couches. "You'll help around the agency with anything anyone asks of you, along with patrols and daily training sessions. It won't be a fun retreat like some of the other pros will have, you will be worked until you break."

Izuku's eyes cast over to Katsuki who was grinning, at least he got his wish.
