Life is strange

The explosion

Rain happens all the time. Some people like it and some don't.

But this time you can bet no one liked it.

It was a weekend in 2005 of course no one saw it coming. The news said it was going to be sunny all weekend, but it wasn't. It wasn't a normal rainy day either it was a storm that became a tsunami, and then an explosion. It couldn't be stopped but it could be survived.

"Stay here, ok? I'll be back in a second, just....Stay here ok?" A mother said to her little girl leaving her behind under a building.

"Wait mom please don't go, don't leave me." Said the little crying.

"I'll be back ok? Just wait for me here." Says the mom kissing her on the forehead and hugging her tightly.

As the mom ran off the girl watched crying and yelling 'mom please don't leave'. A lightning came across the sky and scared the little girl. She screamed with fear and cried because her mom was gone. Then a loud yell was heard from the distance saying 'Alondra! Alondra! Were are you?'.

The girl ran towards the mother saying 'I'm right here mommy'. When the mother sees Alondra she runs towards her. Alondra's mom grabs her and keeps running even further from the building were she was hidding. Then Alondra says,

"Were are we going mom? Im.....I'm scared."

"Don't worry honey you're gonna be ok, ok? Just trust me."

Alondra's mom ran all she could until she could no more. A fence of cars blocked the way to survival all piled up on the road high enough to not climb on them but to pass thru them.

" Hunny go first I'm right behind you, ok?" Said the mother helping her get thru the first car.

"Ok" said Alondra with scared face. She went thru the front/first car with a little struggle but fine.

"Ok mom now's your turn."
A large booming sound was heard from were they were. Alondra screams with fear and holds her mom's hand tight.

"I'm sorry baby as your mommy I have to protect you..... Remember I love you and I always did be brave and...." The mom said as she took her hand in her palm. "Remember a straight line, no turns, no stopping you just go and don't look back, got it." The mother said tracing the tip of her finger thru the Palm of the girls hand.

"No mommy.... No you can't leave me ....no mommy come on lets go don't leave me please!!!" Alondra said screaming and crying. Her mother cries and sais.
"I'm so proud of you. No matter what happens I'll always be here..." The mother caress her head trembling, " and here." Then she puts her palm on her chest showing to her that her heart is the place were she'll be. " I love you, you know that right?'

"Yes." Says Alondra with sad eyes.

"I'm going to miss you so much. But remember no matter what happens you go straight, no curves, no turning back you just go and don't look back"

"Ok mom I love you. I always will."

"I love you too hunny, I love you too." The mother kisses her softly in the head and then turns trying to cover her daughter from the explosion.

The explosion had gotten so far that it had reached them. The mother screams with pain and the kid hides. Then it all went black.
