Ananya Mathur came from a distinguished family of doctors and lawyers-her father, his elder brother, and his wife, along with her father's elder sister and her husband, were all respected medical professionals. Growing up in this environment instilled in her a strong sense of duty and resilience.

As the only child, Ananya was the center of attention in the family, surrounded by older cousins who had already made their mark in their respective careers. Despite the impressive legacy, her parents never pressured her to follow a particular path; they believed in encouraging her to pursue her passions.

Initially, Ananya aspired to become a doctor like many in her family. However, after she couldn't clear the entrance exams, disappointment set in. It was a tough pill to swallow, especially with her family's medical background looming over her.

After graduating, Ananya joined a reputed law firm in Gurgaon as an Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer, a career that excited her every day. The job was demanding, and the hours were often long, but the satisfaction of working on complex cases, helping clients, and defending intellectual rights gave her a sense of purpose. She thrived in her professional environment, earning accolades from her seniors and colleagues for her meticulous work and dedication.

Living in Gurgaon meant she had her own space-a rented apartment close to her office. Her job was a five-day workweek, giving her weekends to herself. Ananya spent her free time catching up with friends, family, and cousins, or exploring the vibrant places Delhi and NCR had to offer. Despite her busy life, she always found time for herself.

Cooking was her therapeutic escape after a long day, allowing her to unwind. A true foodie at heart, Ananya loved experimenting with new recipes, mixing flavours, and preparing dishes that not only satisfied her own cravings but also delighted her friends. Her kitchen was often filled with the aroma of freshly cooked meals, bringing comfort after stressful days.

Ananya had never been in a relationship, choosing to focus on her career and personal growth. She was happily single, enjoying the independence and freedom her life offered. Though she had left her hometown of Varanasi to pursue higher studies and her career in Delhi, her heart was always tied to the ancient city.
