The evening was alive with lights and music. After the haldi ceremony, the courtyard sparkled under fairy lights. Laughter, dancing, and joy filled the air.Taehyung and Jungkook had changed into beautiful sherwanis—Taehyung wore deep burgundy, and Jungkook wore navy blue. They looked perfect, like they belonged in a dream. Holding hands, they walked through the crowd, smiling and greeting everyone like royalty in love.
Jimin stood at the side, quietly watching them with a soft smile.
“They look so happy,” he whispered to himself.
There was something so natural about them. The way Jungkook leaned into Taehyung, the way Taehyung looked at him like he was the only one in the world—it felt like they didn’t even need words to understand each other.
A little away from the crowd, Taehyung pulled Jungkook aside.
“Come here,” he said, gently tugging Jungkook’s hand.
Jungkook followed, laughing softly. “What now?”
Taehyung leaned in close and whispered something in his ear.
Jungkook giggled. “Tae, stop! People will hear.”
Taehyung smiled and brushed a loose strand of hair from Jungkook’s face. His hand rested on Jungkook’s cheek. “You’re so beautiful,” he said softly.
Jungkook blushed and looked away. “Don’t say stuff like that.”
“Why not?” Taehyung chuckled. “You’ll hear it every day anyway.”
Jungkook bit his lip, trying not to smile. “I’ll never get used to it.”
“Good,” Taehyung said. “That means I get to remind you again and again.”
Then, he leaned in and kissed Jungkook’s forehead gently. For a second, the world seemed to pause around them. It was just the two of them, lost in their own little bubble of love.
From across the courtyard, Jimin watched them with teary eyes and a warm heart. His best friend and his brother—so full of love. So safe with each other.
He was still watching when someone came and stood beside him.
“You’ve got that proud brother look,” said a familiar voice.
Jimin turned to see Yoongi standing there. His tone wasn’t teasing this time—it was soft, thoughtful.
“They’re perfect together,” Yoongi added, eyes still on the couple.
Jimin nodded. “Yeah… they really are.”
“I’ve seen it in them from the start,” Yoongi said, resting one arm against a pillar. “Even before they were a couple, it was clear. Like… they just fit.”
Jimin looked at him, a little surprised. “You really noticed that?”
Yoongi gave a tiny smile. “Hard not to, when they act like they’ve known each other forever.”
Jimin turned back, watching as Taehyung and Jungkook slow-danced, their foreheads resting together, swaying gently.
“That kind of love… it’s rare,” Jimin said quietly.
Yoongi nodded. “It is.”
The music changed to a slow romantic song, and the lights dimmed a little. The moment felt magical. Everything around them disappeared—just love, warmth, and soft smiles remained.
Then suddenly, Taehyung spotted Jimin in the crowd. His eyes lit up.
“Jimin!” he called out. “Don’t just stand there! Come join us!”
Jimin blinked. “What? Me? No, I’m good here.”
Yoongi smirked and gave him a playful nudge. “Go. He’ll drag you out either way.”
With a small nod , Jimin slowly walked toward Taehyung and Jungkook. As soon as he got close, Taehyung pulled him into a big hug, wrapping an arm around his shoulder tightly.
“I’m really happy you’re here, Jiminie,” Taehyung whispered, his voice soft and full of love.
Jimin smiled, his arms reaching out to hug both of them tightly. “Of course I’m here,” he said. “I wouldn’t miss this for anything.”
Jungkook chuckled and leaned his head on Jimin’s shoulder. “Thanks for always being there for us, hyung.”
Jimin felt something heavy in his chest—so much emotion building up. His throat tightened, and his voice trembled a little as he spoke. “I’ll always be here for you both. No matter what.”
The three of them stood like that—arms wrapped around each other, hearts full. For a moment, it felt like time stopped. The music, the people, the lights… all faded into the background. It was just them.
When they finally let go, Taehyung’s eyes were shining with tears. He wiped at them quickly, letting out a soft laugh. “I’m not crying, okay? You are.”
Jungkook nudged him gently. “Uh-huh, sure.”
The three of them laughed, their joy spilling out like sunlight.
Not too far away, Yoongi stood watching. A small smile rested on his lips, but his eyes told a different story—something soft, something aching. He didn’t say a word. Just… looked.
There was something about the way Jimin fit with Taehyung and Jungkook. Like he belonged there. Like he had always been part of their love story, too.
And then—Jimin turned around. His eyes found Yoongi’s across the courtyard. He was still smiling, his cheeks a little pink from all the emotion. But when their eyes met…
Something changed.
It was small. Quiet. But real.
Yoongi’s heart skipped a beat. He didn’t understand what he felt. He just knew it was new. And strong.
Jimin didn’t look away. He held Yoongi’s gaze, just for a second longer than usual. Then he gave a soft smile. The kind that makes your heart warm without even trying.
Yoongi smiled back. Just a little. Just enough.
As the night went on—more dancing, more laughter—something else started to grow between them.
A strange, gentle feeling. Not love. Not yet. But something.
A beginning.
A question.
Maybe even… a chance. And for the first time in a long time, Jimin didn’t feel alone in the crowd.
He felt seen. And Yoongi... he didn’t look away.
