Quirk abilities - a sweet song can lure people towards the user and make them fall asleep apon getting within a five foot range where the user can then take the victims quirk or cause their heart to explode. The song sung by the user will put the victim into a trance like state which makes them follow through with the song's lyrics.
Cons - only works when the user has been fully dunked in water, cannot talk in form, has no control over who is targeted, if not trained to stop the user may accidentally kill people after taking their quirk, cannot keep the other quirk it is simply used for energy, the longer they are in the water the harder it is for them to walk on land.
