TWO WEEKS LATER

Makashu had been sitting in the hospital bed. He still remembered his dad's cold face when he collapsed to the ground, a hole puncturing his chest. He hated the person that caused the person he looked up to the most, to die. Makashu wasn't able to do anything physically and mentally. He mentally wouldn't allow himself to relax especially after what happened. He had been healing well and would probably take atleast 2 more weeks to completely heal.

He wanted to leave, he wanted things to go back to how they were, but he knew his wishes wouldn't be answered. It would take atleast 3-4 years for his mom to be healed enough to wake up. He hated the predicament so much. He was willing to leave, even with his injuries, But he knew his dad wouldn't want him to. Makashu just sat there, torn on what he should do. He decided that he would continue to wait. He would wait until he's healed enough (not fully) and then he would escape. He would find some place to stay. He thought he could manage. But he wasn't sure.

So he just sat, thing of what he will do in about 2 weeks.

TWO MORE WEEKS LATER

Doctor Walker had walked down the hall towards Makashu's room. He was going to give Makashu medicine to help with pain he might have in his throat and arm. Doctor Walker had been checking up on little Makashu now and then, though this time it took longer for him to be able to. He didn't think much of what could go wrong as he was a very nice guy. After awhile he reached Makashu's room and began to open the door. "Hey, I got something to help with any pain you...might...have" He said before dropping the pill bottle in surprise.

The sheets were tooken off of the hospital bed, the window was opened, and the sheets were used as a rope. The worst part though was the fact that Makashu was no where to be seen.

Doctor Walker began to worry. He called up the front office before calling the police. "Yeah, front office? Patient #15 just fled through the window...What! I wasn't here when it happened. I'll call the police, just make sure to search the building for the kid, please" he said before hanging up.

A Few hours later

Makashu winced as he quickly fled from the hospital. He rushed to his house. He was still in a hospital gown. He made sure not to be spotted as he was sure he was reported missing. He continued to run, slowly running out of stamina. Sooner or later he reached around the corner from his house. He began to speed up, holding his arm. He continued to run, almost reaching his house. Once he reached his house, he tried to get in...shit. He forgot to get the keys. "sorry dad" he whispered in a soft raspy voice before throughing a rock at the window.

He got into the house, making sure to not step on the glass. He silently walked to his room. He grabbed his stuff and began to pack it into a suitcase. He made sure to pack essential items before he grabbed stuff like books. He had finished with the essentials and went into hisiving room. He looked at a family photo. It was a picture of Him, his dad, and his mom having fun. He began to softly cry. After he was done, he took the photo out of the frame and packed it. From that moment on, he swore to avenge his dad, and he wouldn't allow himself to rest until he did.

He packed the two most educational books into his backpack, which he was also taking. Once he was done packing, he got dressed, wearing black pants, and a black hoodie. He then packed some money, making sure to leave some for his mom. Once he was done he packed some food that wasn't going to expire soon. He later on left the house. As he walked out the door, the only thing he felt was sadness.

He walked to the nearest train station, trying to move away from what ruined his childhood. Once he reached the station, he bought a ticket. He didn't know where in Japan to go, but if it was away from there, he'd be fine with it. He got on the train and took a seat. He was hoping to not draw attention to himself but he was sure everyone else on the train were to busy talking on phones and other stuff to pay him any attention.

Soon Makashu reached a different town. He got off the train, he didn't know what town this was. He walked off of the train, ready to start his new life in this town called Musutafu.

That marks the end of this chapter. I said it will be shorter, but anyways, the next chapter will take place in the present (with minor flashbacks) so it won't be a third parter (sort of). Anyways, thanks for reading this book and I hope you would read the next chapter. Byee
