School on Monday was pretty average. English was the third class of the day and I was admittedly nervous to see Blake again at a school setting after our weekend together.

Amy and I were early so we strolled towards the class at a leasirly pace.

"So are you excited to see your wifey?" Amy remarked.

"Excuse me?"

She rolled her eyes. "You know, your fav teacher Ms Bradley? The one you have a crush on?".

My mouth hung open. Had I been that obvious?

"Ohh please don't look so shocked mate, you stare at her constantly, when she's in a room, you hang on her every word and you haven't even snogged anyone since she started teaching here. I'm not stupid Alison".

"You're delusional" I shoot back.

We walk through the door into an empty English classroom.

"Hey Alison, Amy!" I hear and see Thomas walking towards us. I give him a smile as Amy greets him.

He turned to me "how are you? Actually, glad I ran into you. I was wondering if yo-"

Ms Bradley stalked through the door interrupting Thomas. "Thomas, get out of my classroom and stop distracting my students. You are not in this class" she barked.

"But Miss I-"

"Another word and detention".

He sighed in defeat and walked off. I couldn't help but chuckle, she really didn't like Thomas for some reason. Was she protective of me because he was taking me to the formal and she and I were friends now? Or was it nothing to do with me? I didn't have any answers.

"Hi Ms Bradley" I greeted her cheerfully. Amy looked like I was crazy and had a death wish.

Blake turned from watching Thomas leave, her gaze visibly softened as her it met mine.

Her warm eyes twinkled though she didn't smile. "Good morning Alison," she said kindly.

Her eyes held that fondness that was just for me. Her eyes flicked down on my neck where I assume she glanced at her necklace around my neck. Now the ghost of a smile graced her lips. It made my heart beat faster. I couldn't help the responding smile that appeared on my features.

She gave me one last glance and turned away. As she strides to the top of the classroom she threw out a "hello Amy".

She was wearing a tight long skirt today. My eyes were glued to her ass as she walked.

Amy coughed a laugh behind me which snapped me out of my thoughts. My cheeks heated and I scowled at her realising that I had been caught.

I settled in the chair next to her and started pulling out my books.

"What in the bloody hell was that?" She demanded.

"What do you mean?"  I asked, completely bewildered by her response.

"I meannnn fire breathing, hard ass, Ms Bradley just tore Thomas a new one and the minute she clapped eyes on you it was like she was a soft little kitten who wouldn't hurt a fly" she whispered.

I snorted "I think you're over exaggerating Amy".

I took out my books and tried and failed not to steal glances at Blake.

This was not a new occurrence. I had developed a real staring problem.

A few times I caught her looking at me and she would look away quickly as she organised her desk.
