As the sun began to pour golden light into the room, Ria stirred awake, nestled comfortably against Tae's chest. She smiled, feeling his warmth enveloping her, but as she shifted, she realized he was still sound asleep.
Unable to resist, she planted a gentle kiss on his cheek. "Tae, wake up," she murmured, her voice still thick with sleep.
He stirred slightly, cracking one eye open, and flashed her a sleepy grin. "Five more minutes," he mumbled, pulling her closer and burying his face in her hair.
"Not a chance," Ria giggled, but before she could push herself up, Tae suddenly yanked the blanket over their heads, cocooning them in warmth.
"Now we're in a blanket fort!" he declared, laughter bubbling in his voice.
Ria's eyes widened in surprise, and she burst out laughing. "You're insane!" she exclaimed, playfully swatting at him.
Tae rolled onto his side, trapping her in the soft fabric, and flashed her a mischievous grin. "Just like they do in the movies! This is how romantic scenes start," he teased, rolling them both around in the blankets, making her squeal with delight.
"You're ridiculous!" Ria laughed, trying to push him away, but he was relentless, rolling over and tickling her sides.
"Maybe so, but you love it!" Tae countered, his laughter ringing out as he pinched her sides playfully.
"I can't believe I let you drag me into this," she gasped, breathless from laughter.
"C'mon, admit it! This is how they make love in movies," he said, chuckling, as he finally pulled the blanket down just enough for their faces to peek out.
"Yeah, but they don't roll around like a couple of kids!" she shot back, shaking her head, unable to suppress her smile.
"That's exactly the point!" Tae laughed, his eyes sparkling with joy. "Life's too short to be serious all the time."
With a playful glint in his eyes, he leaned in closer, pressing his forehead against hers. "Besides, I think I could definitely get used to mornings like this-crazy and fun."
Ria's heart fluttered at his words, and she found herself leaning in for a kiss. It was soft at first, but then the warmth of the blanket and their shared laughter pulled them into something deeper, their smiles fading into the sweetness of the moment.
"Okay, maybe a little craziness isn't so bad," she murmured against his lips, smiling.
"See? I knew you'd come around," Tae grinned, brushing a lock of hair behind her ear. "But we really should get up soon. We've got a day ahead of us."
"Yeah, yeah," Ria replied, still caught in his gaze. "But one more roll?"
With a teasing look, Tae nodded. "One more roll!"
They both laughed as they tumbled back into the blankets, their world narrowing down to just each other and the joy of their playful morning.
Ria walked beside Tae, their hands tightly clasped as they approached BigHit. As they entered the building, heads turned, eyes following their every move. The staff and trainees were no strangers to Tae's magnetic presence, but with Ria by his side, they seemed to attract even more attention.
As they stepped into the elevator, the doors slid open just as they were about to close. Jungkook stood on the other side, his expression hard and unreadable. His dark eyes flickered toward Ria first, then to Tae, before stepping inside without a word.
The air in the elevator became charged with an unspoken tension. Ria could feel it-she always could when Tae and Jungkook were in the same space. There was history there, a competitive edge that neither could quite suppress, especially in moments like this.
